โผ๏ธLOOK NO FURTHER! This is THE best dental office in the Bay Areaโผ๏ธ Trust me, I have tried a handful of them.
If youโre looking for a caring, highly skilled and transparent dentist, pick up your phone and make your appointment here this moment.
Even the other patients who I sat with in the waiting room were talking about how amazing this office is.
I have had dental issues for half of my life and after years and years of trying different offices and spending $$$, I have FINALLY found the dental office I will be going to forever. During my procedure, they kept making sure I was comfortable and not stressed, which was so nice of them. Afterwards, they called multiple times to ask how I was doing.
They not only provided top notch dental services, but are always also so sweet and compassionate. They really do consider their patients as family members and go above and beyond to ensure you are happy.
Thank you so much dr Azita and team.
We, your patients, appreciate you! โค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ

I had work done here with Dr. Kabari. She was very kind and explained the entire process to me. I have always been fearful of the dentist chair but she was so patient and truly helped me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She is very knowledgeable and works quick! My deep cleaning was done with the Hygienist Ivan, he was gentle and patient as well. The office manager was very sweet and her team treated me like family. My teeth feel amazing! 10/10 recommend.

I thought I had left a review some time ago but realized I never did. Anyway, highly disappointed in how this dental business has turned. I got quite a bit of dental work done in 2017 or 2018, I canโt remember but more so 2017. One being a crown on a bottom molar because a previous filling had came out. It made more sense to do a crown than a filing because the tooth had a little breakage. Ever since the crown was placed I felt like my bite was off and there was always swelling around the tooth. In February of 2021 I had a dental exam, and cleaning at another office. The dental hygienist and dentist recommended that I go back to who did the crown because it was incorrectly done and thus thatโs why my bite was off and the swelling. A few months later, still in 2021 (I know this for a fact because I was using my insurance through my job) I went in to have a cleaning and have her look at the crown. The first few appointments I had in 2017 I paid out of pocket because I didnโt have insurance but I was fine with paying for what needed to be done. She was very nice, she had just recently opened and everything was great. When I returned in 2021 and let the front office staff know I would be using my employee insurance plan, their demeanor was very different; completely just another number. When she did see me she took less than 10 minutes (if that) to examine my teeth, told me the crown is fine and she canโt do a general cleaning that I need a deep cleaning and referred me to a specialist for the deep cleaning. Iโve seen in other reviews that she will recommend work that doesnโt need to be done, specifically deep cleanings. When I was trying to ask her questions she was very dismissive, rude and she never closed the door to the exam room to begin with. Several, about 5 of her assistants/workers were in a room adjacent to where she was examining just standing around chatting and being extremely loud. I did bring this to her attention. I ended up filing a claim against her to my insurance because there were items on the bill (which I asked for) that were never done that day but billed to the insurance. She literally did nothing but look at my teeth for less than 10 minutes. I donโt know what happened with that but they did contact me a few times for information. I ended up going to another dentist who said I didnโt need a deep cleaning at all and it was ridiculous that she would state that by looking at my teeth. He stated when someone needs a deep cleaning they examine your pockets or for the recommendation to be based off visual, then your teeth would have to be in absolutely horrible condition that you would most likely have cavities and tons of plaque, etc. All in all, this seems to be another of those offices that expanded a bit and everything else went down the drain; customer service, care, decorum, and professionalism.

First thing they asked when I called "How old is your daughter". I said 17. They said great and brought us in. She needs a cavity filled, so they sent us to someone else?! Seems odd. Then they sent us to someone who doesn't take our insurance. Seems like admin 101. When I called back and asked why they wasted our time they claimed they didn't know how old she was.๐คฅ ๐คฌ
They wanted the insurance payment without any of the work. They've been reported.

Omg! I really donโt know where to start. This office is so weird and overpriced. Beware, If your not Rich donโt come to this office. The dentist, Was fair and the Dental Assistant. But, The biller gave me a weird vibe. Especially, When she found out I was not willing to pay 12,000 dollars to get my teeth fixed. Research a more sufficient dental office before coming here. Honestly, The owner is so unprofessional and disrespectful. โI DO NOTโ blame dental offices for my problems. Please remain professional. Thank you!

She doesn't actually accept medi-cal and told me 2 occasions that I needed way more work than I truly needed. Just go to Bell Dental if you want medi-cal to actually pay for things.
She supposedly accepts medi-cal, so exam/xray was covered, but she wouldn't even do a cleaning. She tried to charge me for $800 for a deep cleaning. Then a 2nd opinion medi-cal dentist, Bell Dental Center, did the cleaning. The young dentist I saw said he doesn't think I need a deep cleaning. Kabiri said I need 4 crowns for 5600. Bell said I need one crown, said medi-cal MAY pay for it after I wait 4-6 weeks to find out. The other cavity he did a filling, covered by medi-cal. Kabiri quoted to charge 2100 for wisdom teeth removal. Bell says Medi-cal definitely covers extractions, they would do it for free. She tried to give me way more dental work than I need. I've seen her twice before getting a 2nd opinion, and both times she convinced me that I'm in really bad shape, freaked me out about the impending costs, she was really convincing with long scientific explanations/kinda sales tactic, saying I need a lottt of dental work and I just gotta bite the bullet and pay for it. Then both 2nd opinion dentists say I need a couple things but otherwise I'm fine. She said I have severe gingivitis for my age, freaked me out, then the guy at Bell said I have it but I just need to floss better. 1st time I saw her she quoted me needing 4 crowns, then another chill honest dentist said I only need 2 and one can wait a bit.
