WARNING! SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THIS OFFICE YOUR MONEY!
This was one of the few dentists other than Western Dental that took my insurance, and based on the reviews, I thought I could trust them. WRONG. I went to this office twice and had such negative experiences.
The first time I went for a cleaning, they were 30 minutes late, and only got through the x-ray- no cleaning. Apparently they were short staffed that day and I was the last appt of the day, so they didn't want to stay later to complete my cleaning. Annoying, but they apologized and didn't charge me, so I accepted it.
I finally go back in for my cleaning, and they have me sign a waiver saying I have periodontal disease. When I question that, the desk staff- who all look like high schoolers, I'm guessing to keep wages low- said "no, we know you don't have periodontal disease, this form is just to give you a really good deep cleaning." Again, felt weird about it, but accepted it anyway. Later, I realize this is INSURANCE FRAUD to overcharge for my cleaning. I did not get a "deep cleaning" as promised- just a regular cleaning, which they upcharged as a periodontal disease cleaning. A teenage receptionist gave me a discount off this inflated appointment bill because I was "a new patient" or some other excuse, but really I think they just did that to make me happy.
Then, the dentist tells me I need LOTS of work. Multiple fillings and a crown. She prints out an estimate and its $4000 WITH insurance, and pressures to schedule my appointments in as soon as possible. You realize your patients have limited time off work right? She also tried signing me up for their payment plan to pay for this ridiculous bill. Thankfully, I trusted my gut and did not follow through with this. Fast forward, I have moved, and my new dentist said I only needed a couple fillings, nothing major, and am nowhere CLOSE to needing a crown.
Unfortunately, some offices which are supposed to have your best interests at heart only care about the payoff. This appears to be one of them. Please get another opinion and question their charges because they will try to scam you!!

Came here with my wife for an exam since the pandemic. My wife and I were told we both needed deep cleaning treatments; Quoted at $8k (wife) and $13k (me) after insurance deduction. Very pricey, so we bailed to get a 2nd opinion. We were charged $80 for the exams, their reasoning being that they performed an oral cancer screening. Called Denti-Cal aka Medi-Cal and the rep told me a provider should never charge covered patients for an exam. Went to another place and found out I just needed a regular cleaning, gums were healthy and one tooth was in bad shape. Wife’s gums clean and healthy as well, regular cleaning did the trick. Out of pocket cost with 3rd party insurance = $40.
This place is a cash grab for new clients. Please be wary and now I’m dealing with Medi-Cal to recover the $80 which at this point is just a loss...smh. Thanks for up-charging people during a pandemic, very greedy and inconsiderate. I just hope more people who come here don’t get ripped off for serious procedures like we did.

I had some do e worked by the Dr called LANAP I recommended to those patients that have infection on there gums, since I had it done I stop having gum bleeding, bad breath, and gum irrigation. And the staff is very professional.
