Had to change my review…the dentist isn’t very friendly and ended up not wanting to do my cleaning due to an infected tooth. Said she would prescribe antibiotics, called 3x and never received the Rx. Would not recommend ! Also they will persuade you to give them a 5 star review by saying you will be entered into a fake raffle for an electric toothbrush 😂. All these 5 star reviews are FAKE. Good luck!

Read the reviews before going in ! I recently relocated to the area and since this one had good reviews and was close I figured I’d give it a try . I really regret it! I waited for 25 minutes because there was no one at the front . The assistants are nice but the areas are so small that it’s over crowded and stuffy. There was no privacy what so ever in the “room “,everyone can hear and see everything. It’s so uncomfortable .The dentist does not know how to speak to people or read a room apparently. She makes you feel uneasy and just tries to shame you into a up sale. She’s not rude per say but definitely condescending and insensitive. It’s obvious that it’s all about money and there is no attempt to ease your worries or inspire trust. Right away she goes into talking about excessive and expensive procedures and talking about money before you even get a chance to catch your breath . Everything in me just said to run, so I did .She definitely gives Karen vibes . I wish I would’ve taken the time to read all the reviews before going in .Overall it was a complete waste of my time.

I would not recommend this place at all.
1. Office is old and is not nice at all.
2. No privacy in the room where dentist is working with you. Everybody who works there freely comes in and listens everything and looks. Super unprofessional.
3. The dentist doesn’t listen neither your needs, nor your wishes. She comes up with problems that YOU listed on the paper they gave you and upsells you like the most aggressive sales person on the market. Seriously, I felt like I came to a bazar, not to a doctor. Was my problem solved? No because she refused to do a simple procedure. She puts a lot of pressure on you buying staff that you don’t need and doing expensive procedures that are not vital. I went to another dentist. No problems like she found. No upselling. For someone who goes regularly to a dentist she found over $2000 problems.
4. Wait time is too long. I came there at my appointment time and waited 30 min longer for her to come. Seriously, I work, not like I have all the time in the world to seat there and wait. That’s what the appointments are for.
Disappointed. Came there because reviews were great but seriously, disappointed. Btw. The office is upstairs, not the one that is downstairs.
