"Dental" and "Spa", if there ever was such a pairing, would be this facility. The entire consult, from the moment we walked in until the moment we left, could only be described as more than kind and helpful. I know that the repair work on my son's teeth, after an accident this weekend, will be treated with the utmost skill, sensitivity and care. Dr. Wilkin was able to put my son at ease during our initial appointment and I was impressed with how deeply he cares about the quality of work he does. (All of his staff represented themselves in the same way. Very refreshing!) I would not hesitate, if I were you, to bring any dental needs here.

Excellent, highly trained, professional staff took care of my wife and I. Appointment started on time even though it is hard to leave the spa-like comfortable waiting area. LeVon at the front desk handled the scheduling and payments with efficiency and thoroughly explained the insurance options available. I would highly recommend this dentist office for your family dentist in the West Arvada area. They also do Invisalign as well and are currently running a promotion until November 15th (2016).

Different dentist each time I go! As a result, not confident the procedures recommended are needed. Said they could easily do some cosmetic work but it fell out soon after.

Very dishonest billing practices. They overcharged me $300 over the contracted insurance amount they agreed to with my insurance. and made me pay the same day. Then have to call for a refund and get charged for $130 cancelation fee. Scam and dishonest billing.

Dr. Rabinovich extracted a tooth for me, and she and the staff took all proper precautions per Covid preparedness guidelines. Everything was explained very meticulously to me before the procedure, and she listened carefully to several questions I had and gave clear answers. The procedure itself was painless. Brit at the front desk was very professional in explaining their fees, options for their optional care program, and what would be involved should I decide on a dental implant. I did purchase their care program that not only reduced the cost of my initial visit, but gives discount and/or includes future procedures. A Tip Of The Hat is certainly due the professionalism and caring of all staff, and Dr. Rabinovich during these especially difficult Covid times.

I've been to a couple dentist offices over the years and this office by far is my fave!the Dr i saw was so nice, patient and understanding. In the front, levone is so friendly and knows what she's doing, everything gets explained so well that there's no questions afterwards! Love it!

After going to the Sloans office for some work, I came to the Arvada office for my routine teeth cleaning. I am thoroughly pleased with this company. Their staff is so kind & patient.

The front desk is extremely rude and have terrible communication skills. They will tell you false statements about your work done with them. First off this office messed up my fillings. They had to have me come back to have one taken out and re done. Next 7 months later I get a phone call about an owed bill. Let me clarify when I left my last appionmet I was told my account had no balance due by the front desk. Later I find out that was a lie and my owed Bill is from 8 months ago. I've had three appointments since then with no communication on owning anything during those. The lady who called me today 7/12/17 was the worst of them all. Not only did she hang up in me, but also refused to give me her name when I called back to take it down so I could later call the owner/doctor that owns the practice. She continue by talking down to me. Her own words to me were "ok little girl I'm sorry you don't understand your insurance policy." I'm not a child I am a 24 year old woman who owns her own business. After today's experience I will NEVER return to this dentist office because of they front desk failure in customer service.

I received a call from the office manager. She was so sweet and considerate. Not only did she address all my issues, but also provided me with solutions to my previous challenges. They Handel my situation fabulously at the end of the day.

Sage Dentistry is great!! I have been going here for over ten years. Jaime is the best hygienist in Colo. I would never be able to see another one. They are all very kind and helpful at Sage. They care about your health and your teeth.

Shannon is by far the best hygensist I have been to, I never once felt judged, and never cringed in pain. She was thoughtful, gentle, and got the job done right. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
