The front desk person, Brit, is extremely rude and was too impatient to answer questions about billing errors. When I pointed out these errors on the bill, she acted like it’s not her fault and was too much of a hassle to re-print the bill. She also requested that I PREPAY prior to treatment. I asked her if the standard procedure should be: check in->have treatment->make payment->check out. Again, she was extremely impatient with me and responded with a “do you want to have the treatment or reschedule?” I have been their patient for five years, and this is my last visit. She just seems mostly interested in having a fight with me over details of this and that. Congratulations Brit! You succeeded in pushing a patient out of the door.

Lately I've run into a wave of bad luck with my teeth. Dr. Kissinger at Family and Implant Dentistry of Arvada has been amazing through it all. He has been patient, thorough and kind through all of my visits. The entire staff has been awesome. I highly recommend this office. They go the extra mile for their patients.

Dr. Pollack and her team are always available and willing to help. Not one time have they turned me away. The job Dr. Pollack does incredible work and makes a chipped tooth look just like a regular tooth. I have recommend Dentistry of Colorado to many people and they are all satisfied.

As a person who DESPISES going to the dentist I could not have been more pleased by my experience at Sage Dentistry of Arvada. Right away my usual discomfort was put at ease by friendly front desk worker Julie, who set me up in the waiting room with a glass of water. I waited for only a few minutes before being taken back for my appointment with dental hygienist Jaimie and Dr. Phan, both of whom did a marvelous job making me feel comfortable while cleaning and inspecting my teeth. Since my initial visit, I have been back for several more cleanings and appointments. The other members of staff I have met, including wonderful dental hygienist Shannon, have all been courteous and professional. So, for anyone who hates the dentist, Sage Dentistry of Arvada is definitely an office to consider!

Great experience at this dental office. From the moment you enter at the front desk you would think you have been coming here for years. (I have only been here twice). The warm friendly smiles and kindness is so welcoming. The Doctor's and staff only wish you are comfortable and satisfied with your visit and their services! Jen was my Hygienist today and I was so impressed! She knew how I develop anxiety when at the Dentist, so she made sure to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. Jen took her time and walked me through every step of the cleaning. She was so sweet and so professional! Thank you for taking care of me today and thank you to Dr. Pollack who was wonderful as well :)

The Hygienist I've had is sweet and thorough but I have not been impressed or trusting of the dentists that they have had circulating until now. Dr. Kissling was fantastic and I trusted his opinion and work was done quickly and well. I had a bridge and several cavities done and I really had no residual pain from any of it. I hope he stays, because we were thinking about switching dentists until he arrived!

Everyone at this office was extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure everything we needed was taken care of. Our experience was so pleasant we have decided to become regular patients here.
My husband had been out of the country and was only home for 3 days while preparing to leave the country for a job. Days before he was to leave, the job informed him he would need to have a dental exam and X-rays submitted prior to the start date.
The front desk staff were so great about providing all the documentation we needed.
Haley did his X-rays with such ease and the dentist was so great with the exam and discussing the results without any pressure or that tone of condescending disappointment which so many other dentists tend to use with people who haven't seen a dentist in a while.
My husband hasn't been to the dentist in 10 years due to a negative experience during his last visit. Because of the sincerity and warmth the staff here exude, we feel confident and comfortable trusting our care to them.

I went in for some filling work. Dr. Scott Ryan was awesome. He and his assistant worked together beautifully. Would recommend for sure and will want to request him from now on
