The staff is absolutely wonderful here. I’ve had quite a bit of dental work and the staff and dentist is very knowledgeable and thorough. The wait times once in the chair for scheduled appointments could be better as many times I’m on a short timeline. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

When I went for my first appointment I was told that I needed a crown replacement. I was a little disappointed to find out that they don't make the crown while you wait, like my previous dentist did. I also had to wait 2 weeks for it to be done. However, when I finally got the permanent crown it was a better quality than my other ones. I can feel my previous crowns with my tongue, but the new one feels just like a real tooth. Very happy with the way they do crowns, and the dental assistant (Margaret) that fitted and glued it in did an excellent job. When I moved I was a little concerned about finding a new dentist I liked... problem solved.

I've been a patient at Dentistry of Colorado - Arvada for six years. Their care for my needs (xrays, cleanings, fillings, crowns and Invisalign) has been above and beyond. They are professional, organized, timely, responsive and courteous. I feel fortunate to have found them for my dental care needs. The staff is great and I appreciate the thorough examination with updated technology that I’ve not experienced at other offices.
Scheduling and communication was great and it’s the team up front. My hygienist Margaret was gentle and did the best job I can remember of taking care of an area I frequently have issues with. Definitely recommend!

These guys protect their own. My jaw and wisdom teeth got f’d up because of comfort dental in golden. These guys lied to me and told me nothing was wrong to cover for them because I was starting a lawsuit. Also they make appointments for you just to literally take pictures with an iPhone. Nothing else. Pictures with their phone and left.

This was a first time visit for both my husband and I. We were able to get appointments at the same time which was convenient. The front desk lady’s are friendly and welcoming. The x-ray technician, Danielle, was amazingly friendly, which was fantastic for someone like me who is very apprehensive about going to the dentist. The x-ray itself was uncomfortable just because of the awkward shaped piece that you have to bite down on, but to no fault of the technician. The dentist was friendly and thorough and made sure that I didn’t have any worries or concerns, also listened well and gave appropriate advise. The cleaning technician was also friendly and was very aware that flossing my very tight teeth was uncomfortable and gave me the option to not continue, which was appreciated. All in all the visit was very friendly and proficient. Thank you so much for the positive visit.

Due to covid and a move, I had to put off my cleanings. Moving is hard, you don’t know many people to get recommendations from, and having to change dentists was so hard. I called a few dental offices to try to get scheduled with no luck. I was told they are booked out for months. I was feeling I wasn’t going to find a dentist at this time but kept dialing and I called Dentistry of Colorado. To my relief, they had availability and could get me in right away. They also explained they have multiple locations so if the Arvada location didn’t work for me they could schedule me at a more convenient location. I was impressed and scheduled for Arvada! From the time I walked into the office and met Britt, I felt like I was family. I had a cleaning done by Margaret. She was very gentle and friendly. Dr. Ryan did my exam and was very thorough and to the point. I felt like they both really listened to and addressed all of my concerns and rested any fears and anxieties I had over my mouth and being at the dentist. The team seems like they are all in sync and that they are there for us, the patients, and our needs. Thank you for the great experience.

Good Dental Hygienic, but failed to informed beforehand that the Dentist is not available!
This was my first visit. I'm about an hour drive away.
When I arrived to my appointment, the receptionist told me that the Dentist is not available to see me, it will be a cleaning appointment only. The Dentist(s) were on "Vacation" this week . When asked why I wasn't informed beforehand so I will have a chance to reschedule my appointment, I got no answer.
When I said that I got plenty of auto-notifications email/text from the office about my visit, why wasn't one of those about the Dentist not available, I got the following:
"Well, we can cancel your appointment now and reschedule.."
As I said, I live an hour away, so that was just aggravating and of course not an option.
Now I have to come separately for a Dentist appointment.
On the positive side, Margret the Dental Hygienic did a good job on the cleaning - thanks!
As a first time patient, this is not a good way to start a relationship.

Update on 2/24:
Arvada apologized for the issue and will also comp the costs after the insurance paid its portion. I feel good about the correction and upped the rating on the visit. Thanks Arvada.
