We've been going to Dr Wilkin for about 10 years now because he provides the highest quality dental care around that we've ever experienced.
They also have the best dental hygienist, Jaimie Rundus. She is a perfectionist and she always seems to remember every detail from the last cleaning like it was yesterday.

They recommended 2 crowns last December. Got the work done, signed a treatment plan with the costs and paid those costs. Two months later received a bill for almost $800 because they billed my insurance incorrectly. Their office manager assured me via email that they were wrong and she would write off any remainder. So I got the bill (whichsaid pay within 5 days...ok), called and the office manager no longer works there- sent proof of the email and was promised accounts receivable would sort it out. They called once, said they needed to contact my insurance, and have not returned ANY calls since in the last month. Got the bill AGAIN even though there's been no communication as to what they are doing about this. Ridiculous. The worst experience with billing and follow through and if I wasn't paying attention I probably would've overpaid by $800. I bet they bet that some people would.

The staff is extremely friendly and everyone has a positive attitude. It's a very welcoming environment. The work performed has been outstanding and my oral health has seen a major improvement since my first visit!

I've never done one of these reviews before. However I feel compelled to in this situation. Earlier this year they recommended that I have two crowns replaced, which I agreed to. After multiple attempts to get the right fit, I'm still having issues. Mind you I had no issues with this tooth before the crown replacement. Today I was told by one of their dentist that even though it has been 11 months, the discomfort I was feeling was "normal". He didn't do any of the typical bit testing (with the dye strip) that has been used in the past. He looked at an Xray, had me close and open my mouth a couple times and in so many works told me to live with it or get a root canal. I'm in the market for a new dentist.....
There used to be a great dental practice at this location. In my opinion, not so under new ownership.

I would not like to leave a negative review, but in this case I feel the need to say something.
I had a problem with a molar and the doctor recommended a crown replacement. I had to go back three times because my tooth hurt very bad since they started to mess with my tooth. The third time the assistant took off the temporary crown with a tool that literally she hammered my tooth in order to take the temporary crown off. Then put the permanent one on. However the tooth still hurts and it’s been 17 days since then. Ok that’s too much. Next dentist.

Foothills is great! Everyone is always very friendly and professional, and the hygienist Dakota always takes great care of me. The dentist is very thorough and detailed - I really feel like I'm in great hands here. I highly recommend it to any- and everyone!
