We have been going to Family Implant Dentistry of Arvada since before it was owned by Dr. Pollack. I have seen 3 of their dentists, and all have been fantastic. You might end up with a different dentist (based on your appointment day/time) than you have seen in the past, but they will let you know when certain dentists have office hours, if you have a preference on who you would like to see. The hygienists are lovely, as well, but we end up having a different one each time.
Family and Implant Dentistry of Arvada has hours that are accommodating for almost any schedule, early mornings, late evenings and weekends. Additionally, we find they are almost always punctual and make sure you start your appointment on time.
The office staff is also very good about making sure you understand your pricing and work to get the best value from your insurance company. They even offer a discount for teachers! If they have openings in their schedule, they will often call and see if a different option is more accommodating for your schedule.

By far, the best dentistry practice I have ever encountered. The staff is the perfect blend of professional, thorough and personable, from physicians to dental assistants to the front desk and billing department. The office is clean, warm and welcoming and exam rooms are equipped with modern, state-of-the-art tools. And the level of care exceeds anything I’ve ever experienced from a dental office in the past. I highly recommend this practice.

I used to go here when Dr. Wilkins owned it and it was great. Once he sold it, things went downhill. Within 6 months they had hired a new dentist and then replaced her with somebody else. I heard that the new owner's plan was to buy up a bunch of offices and start a dental chain - not the type of place I was looking for. I like dental offices that are locally owned and not part of a big business. The only reason I stuck around was because of Jaime who was my hygienist - she was great. Once she left I decided to find someplace new. I'm also a little salty over a Google review I left previously that they took upon themselves to edit and then post on their website. However, once I requested they remove it I believe they did so.
