I rarely write reviews about specific employees who make their business shine, but Jessica, the Office Manager of the 555 12th St location, has gone above and beyond in terms of customer service—and so I very highly recommend Washington Elite Dentistry. Yesterday, after almost a year of Invisalign and (although 100% satisfied with Dr. Burman’s excellent treatment) a bit discouraged by having to wear retainers that were giving me issues for the next year, I came in for a consultation about options as to different retainers. I was past the warranty period, so assumed I’d have to pay for new retainers. But Jessica assured me that she would make everything right, and sure enough, she called me later that day to tell me that she convinced Invisalign to give me new retainers for free. The part that struck me the most was the excitement in her voice when she said she was able to obtain from Invisalign what I was hoping for. This goes above and beyond customer service, and shows that you will be in good hands if you choose this place.

I am truly blessed to have found this dentistry, they have changed me as a person, just from changing my smile. Dr. Berman expertise in dental care along with her incomparable team make up a dental family that can’t be found anywhere else. It’s no exaggeration to say, “ They All Honestly care about you and your dental health”. Five stars isn’t enough when rating a facility that you can’t find a flaw in!!!! I love everyone here from the bottom of my heart. Thank you Washington Elite Dentistry and more importantly thank you , Dr. Berman!

Dr. Berman and her staff are top notch professionals. I have been going to the office for many years and am always impressed with the treatment I receive. The office is always very efficient with keeping appointment times and the doctor and the staff are phenomenal. During the pandemic I have traveled an hour each way from my house to make these appointments. It would be easy for me to go to a closer dentist since I’m no longer working in the city right now but it is worth the drive to me. Dr. Berman does wonderful work and makes sure that I am always comfortable and not in pain. I am in the process of getting Invisalign done with her as well. Always impressed by this office and their staff. Would highly recommend this dental office.

DO NOT GO HERE. I went for three different visits, thinking each time would get better, and they never did. They use temp hygienists who have no idea what they're doing. One time I didn't even see the dentist at all. I asked why, and they said, oh if you want to, we'll bring her in but you're good. I'm at the dentist and not going to see the dentist?...

Then, for my last appointment, I need to cancel the DAY BEFORE. I had not gotten any appointment reminders up until the day before, and then was informed when I got the reminder the day before that I would be charged a fee for canceling late. I figured ok $25, sure. THE FEE WAS $100. That is ridiculous. The office was completely unhelpful and disinterested in understanding the situation, especially having not gotten any reminders.

I would definitely go elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Washington Elite since moving to DC over 5 years ago. Great team, very friendly staff, spotless office, and easy to reschedule appointments. Dr. Berman instills a "customer first" culture and it shows. Turned my girl friend on to their work and she is very happy to have a new dentist in DC.

I felt very safe and comforted by all the safety measures the office has added to address COVID. Staff (including reception) are all friendly and accommodating and both doctors are professional, knowledgeable and nice. As a female scientist myself, I also appreciate having two savvy female dentists run the practice! I've been going to Washington Elite for the past 3 years and enjoy their service. They are also well connected to other very experienced doctors in DC to provide recommendations - when my husband needed his wisdom teeth removed, they recommended a very experienced oral surgeon with 30+ years of experience. I feel safe and healthy in their capable hands!

Very happy I stumbled upon Washington Elite Dentistry! The staff was friendly, attentive and even made sure I scheduled a follow up appointment for soon after.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Berman, Michelle, and everyone at Washington Elite Dentistry. I have lots of anxiety about the dentist, and after years of fitting in checkups during my out-of-state hometown visits, I decided it was time to find a local provider. Dr. Berman and every hygienist I saw over three separate visits had wonderful chair-side kindness, performed efficient and pain-free work, and had a genuine interest in making sure my oral health is the best it can be. This all made the initial exam & follow-up appointments a breeze. The treatment plan and expected costs were explained thoroughly before anything was done, and Michelle was an angel when it came to the financial/billing side of things. Will definitely be returning.

I have been going to Washington Elite Dentistry for many years. Everyone who works there is so kind. They take the time to explain everything and treat the patients with understanding and compassion. I can't imagine going anywhere else.
