Washington Elite Dentistry

Dr. Berman and her staff are absolutely fantastic. I've had a fair amount of work done with her, and as someone who hates dental work, I actually find myself enjoying my visits to her office. She is caring, kind, but also clearly very knowledgeable and makes you feel at very comfortable when she's working on your teeth. Shout out also to her great office staff and dental assistants. I'd recommend her to anyone.

I'm in the military and have seen my share of dentists. Washington Elite Dental surpasses all dental visits to date with truly "elite" customer care, comfort and pain free procedures. I'm not taking about a simple cleaning. They did fillings and two bridges so I attest to have great they are. Go here!

3/4/2014 Most definitely the ONLY dentist I could ever say I look forward to seeing. I grew up terrified of the dentist. I don't know why, but the idea of sitting in the chair is enough to send me into a full blown panic. Dr Berman is so calming, thorough and fun that I actually enjoyed my visit. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of AND I didn't feel like he was selling me on a bunch of bad news. She told me exactly what I really needed to get done and made sure I understood everything. She's an incredible doctor, and his results are even better. She IS the absolute best.

I went for follow up and a deep cleaning with laser and it was painless, I was glad to paid cash but no suffering the horrible pain of the old fashion deep cleaning that my crappy insurance cover. Thank you Washington Elite you are the best

I started going to Dr. Berman and her team at Washington Elite Dentistry back in 2016 for my invisalign treatment and haven’t looked back since! I was referred by a co-worker and shortly after, I found a few others in my office who go to her as well and I can see why! All my visits have been impeccable, from the cleanliness of the office to the friendly staff – Dr. Berman and her team, Maritza, Terri, Jennifer, and Nicole, are phenomenal. I am always greeted with a big smile once I step foot into the office, the know their patients by name and even form professional relationships with each one of their patients making the experience that much better. She has gone above and beyond to meet all my requests and concerns and make sure I feel confident with my smile, even if that means going back and forth with the vendors of invisalign. It’s no wonder she has been nominated as one of the Top Dentists of 2017 and most recently The Galler Cup which is awarded to the Top Invisalign General Dentists in North America. I can say with full confidence that if I had to redo my invisalign experience, I wouldn’t change anything for the world. She made the experience much less daunting and I would 100% recommend her and her team to anyone (and I have already)! I now smile more and much more confidently because of her.

Everyone at Washington Elite Dentistry was fantastic! It was my first visit with them and everyone made me feel very welcome. The staff and Dr. Berman are all extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dentist.

I went to Washington Elite Dentistry in 2016-2017, and liked the staff and dentist, but was told at every other visit I had one or more cavities. I switched dentists because they dropped my insurance before I went in for my "cavity." My new dentist made no mention of a cavity. I've since gone to a third dentist because they were more convenient to my new job, and this one also said nothing about a cavity. I would just be cautious and potentially get a second opinion if anyone is surprised to hear they have a cavity.

I can’t find words how much I appreciate dr.Berman and her team! It is the safest place what you can find right now. I did my cleaning and another things with doctor Berman. Everything is perfect. All staff is wearing personal protection equipment, doctors look like astronauts, special fans, everything is crystal clean. I recommend this office for everybody! Thanks a lot.

Dr. Berman and her staff are all extremely knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional. I needed a great deal of dental work, and whether Dr. Berman did the work, or she sent me to one of her trusted resources, all of them did EXCELLENT WORK. They are very detailed, skilled, and I have to say it was painless. I just hope I expire before Dr. Berman retires because I won't have anyone to take care of me.

I hate having to say this but I had an absolutely awful experience here. Their dental repair failed in just a couple months (should have lasted years for this procedure) and they were in no hurry to schedule an appointment to fix it. Getting them to actually answer the phone is hard, and their customer service can be appalling. One receptionist told me to just go to another dentist and another person was quite rude. A third person was sickly sweet to the point of being unpleasant. I wish I'd had a better experience because the location is convenient, but will not be back and would advise others to beware!
