This place was not taking any safety precautions. I was supposed to get a root canal done there. I went in for x-rays, there were about 6 staff members that were standing in the hallway chatting with no masks on, none of the receptionist/office assistants had mask on or plexiglas and they are seeing every patient going in and out of that office. Then when the endodontist came in to examine my tooth and talk to me his mask wasnt even covering his nose. I decided to use an out of network endodontist because the office and staff made me very uncomfortable and unsafe. At a time where the numbers are rising due to COVID you would think they would be considerate of their patient's safety. The only person that had a mask on was the girl doing my xrays

Faith and Dr. Chung and the staff are all amazing

Very huge shout out to comfort dental, I have a huge fear of dentists, meeting with the Doc it put put me at ease. Had my appointment yesterday apart from the oral meds and sedation, I felt nothing nor do I remember anything past sitting down in the dental chair. Very compassionate folks at comfort dental!

As a customer service rep I understand that importance of having quality and friendly service! Comfort Dental definitely gets it! Was in a car accident and knocked a tooth out. Implant was done in one day! Wow!

I took off of work to come to my appointment. I filled out my paperwork in office, and then was told after I filled it out that they needed to reschedule my appointment. I asked why and they said because it took longer than expected to fill out your paperwork. You would think with being a new patient they would plan accordingly to this, but they didnt. I was told the next available appointment wouldn't be until the 26th. 21 days from now. Now I have to find another dentist and wait an entire month. You guys shouldn't take on new patients if you don't have the time to do so.

The whole team was very professional at answering all of my questions and concerns. As well as the process I had to go through. It was extremely convenient that they were open on Friday. Most dentists are closed on Friday and if not they aren’t open till 5. I want to thank the crew that helped me Dr. Vasquez, latasha, Jordan, Brettnie, and Desja. They were all very generous and understanding. I will be back as well as my family!!!!

My father needed a partial on the top and bottom of his teeth. He came in to get the impressions done and it had to be redone not once but twice. So he had to get impressions done a total of three times. It was an inconvenience but I am glad they wanted to get it right. On top of that, for the inconvenience, they did not charge my father for one of his partials which saved him a lot of money which more than made up for the wait room time and waiting weeks in between for his partial. He didn't ask for them to pay for that partial and he certainly did not expect it. Although things were not going well in that situation to begin with, they made it right in the end.

Everyone was very hospitable and compassionate. They explained my care plan and costs in language that I could understand so I could make informed decisions about moving forward. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
