I needed to have a tooth pulled and they got me in the same day and pulled it, very kind and courteous. They explained things thoroughly, they will be my new dentist even though further to drive. My dentist I had for years wouldn't get me in for 8 days. I'm very thankful to Comfort Dental.

This was my first time at Comfort Dental. It will probably be my last as well. I was not impressed. Of all the times I've ever visited a Dentist for a checkup, and a cleaning, this was the first time ever, that I went in, had X-rays, and an exam, and then they discussed what the bill would be if I had the (Deep Cleaning) that they said I need. They didn't even bother doing a regular cleaning. That has never happened to me before. Very disappointing.

This place is not for those with high anxiety issues. They lie about what their practice offers over the phone, they do not explain their procedures to you in detail, and cancel appointments a couple days before your procedure. They also do not go over their billing in detail with you and confuse you with the pricing and give you the incorrect price which you are expected to pay for each visit when you tell them your insurance will not cover all their follow up visits but they give you a minimal amount you pay out of pocket but when you call to verify your told an extravagant amount which was not what you were given when you paid up front for your procedure. They are super aggressive about booking your appointment but when you tell them you want to discuss the procedure they get offended and then when you explain that you’re not booking anything until you speak with someone about the details they say they’ll call you back. Once they cal you back it’s the same thing over again and then the surprise of the high cost for your cleaning. This place is super expensive and refuses to provide services they claimed on the phone that they offer. Had I known this after my X-rays, I wouldn’t have bothered with them at all because the cost is ridiculous and they lie about everything. They also are not personable at all and if you expect to meet your dentist and discuss your issues I never met the dentist who was supposed to work on my mouth nor did anyone bother to ease any anxiety I had.

Very disappointed with the scheduling process. I had to reschedule my cleaning appointment and rebooked. I called to confirm the appointment and there is no record of an appointment being scheduled for me. I even have an email confirmation on the rebooked appointment date and time to prove an appointment was rescheduled. Now I have to wait 6 more months to have a cleaning because they are completely booked.

Very friendly staff. Jordan was extremely helpful and explained the whole process and treatment I would be receiving with a beautiful
smile. You could see she liked her job and working at Comfort. Petra and Dr. Ward were very patient even though I was very nervous and what I would call curt at first. They explained each step of the process as they were treating me. I would recommend Comfort Dental and the staff with an A+.

The initial visit with Dr. Vasquez to determine whether I needed a root canal went well, as did the root canal that I received from Dr. Crawford.
However, days later the documentation/report sent from Comfort to my regular dentist was incorrect. It was reported that Dr. Crawford placed a cotton pellet and cavit, and that final restoration was still required.
While at my regular dentist to be seen for an unrelated issue my office called Comfort to confirm the information, it was reported incorrectly again. It wasn’t until the 3rd attempt at clarification that Comfort accurately reported that Dr. Crawford had himself performed the final restoration. This failure to communicate accurate information put me at risk of having unnecessary work done to an already compromised tooth.

Personnel were friendly, Courteous, efficient and thorough. Kelly was professional, courteous and highly competent. She promptly greeted me and assessed my current condition. Kelly thoroughly explanation what was going to be performed and ensured that any questions I had were answered. Throughout the cleaning procedure she kept me informed on the progress of procedure and areas where I would need to keep an I on before my next cleaning. After the cleaning, Dr. Vasquez performed a cursory examination and briefed me on my current condition. of Any questions were answered to my satisfaction. Thank you for a great experience. It was a very good appointment. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr.Angel Vasquez was very informative as was his nurse(I apologize as I do not remember her name). I feel better today then I have felt in quit awhile. And it is all because of there great work!! Thank you so much and hope to get back soon to finish the work on my teeth.

Expedient service and super friendly staff. Very flexible on booking future appointments also.

I called in to get two teeth extracted after they kept me up for the weekend. They would not even schedule the appointment until a portion was paid. I explained to them I would not have the money until Thursday. They just don’t care about their paitients.

Edit: it’s not about the price of the services, and as I explained I would have the money the day of the service. It’s just not right that you guys “require” partial payment up front just to get an appointment. It’s bad business.
