This is the only place to go for dental care.They treat everyone very well, the office staff gets along with each other, which is a plus ,if they are happy then you will definitely be happy. The service is excellent and very fast. And they have all the latest dental technology including portable x-rays.

Had several fillings, alveoloplasty (shaving bone off the gum line for smooth denture fit) and all upper teeth removed for a denture. Deathly afraid of the dentist and wanted everything done at one time. Since then every filling has fell out, alveoloplasty needs to be done again and what was once a tiny cavity was bored out to a big hole and filled but filling fell out and now I’m at risk of loosing a tooth. Just went in for a follow up. Quote was $4k on top of the $6k I paid the first time. I feel they rushed through my surgery because they didn’t allot enough surgery time for my extensive work and everything went wrong. The whole experience was Just horrible.

These guys are great. They care about your teeth and care about your pain level when work has to be performed. Cleaning as easy and painless. A root canal was painless, which I thought was impossible. Dr. Ward was great. A great experience everytime.

If you have anxiety issues this is the place to go. I have never had a good experience at a dentist until now. They offer sedation if needed. They have worked around my timed medication for my cancer treatment. I have found my new Permanent dentist. They also offer financing.

I give this dental office top marks and I hate going to the dentist! (I think they should pay ME to let them practice their skills. LOL! 🤦🏼♀️) But yes, they are very good, kind, sympathetic and I have been pleased with their work. I really researched the cost for implants (unbelievable costs) but this is the least expensive that I could find from here to Pensacola.

I have a gum abscess in a tooth with a root canal and scheduled an appointment with the Endodontist at Comfort Care in Mary Esther since Blue Cross Blue Shield told me that they are in network. I called them and they said that I had to wait awhile since the Endo is not always there. Today I went in for that appointment and they told me I needed a CAT scan of my entire mouth for Endo care and it isn’t covered by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Begrudgingly, I paid several hundred dollars for the scan. I went back for the scan and was told that a general dentist would read the scan and the Endo isn’t scheduled to be in the office today. I asked why I needed the expensive scan since the Endo wasn’t there to read it, and I asked to reschedule with Endo, which I did. They refunded my money and I went home sorry that I had wasted my time with them . Later they called me and said they don’t accept my Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance at all. Stay away from this place!!! They are completely unorganized and don’t know what they are doing.

Clean, comfy facility, the staff are friendly. My Endo, Dr Crawford was wonderful, professional, and talked to me throughout the root canal procedure. His assistant was great as well.

On the morning of my sons appointment, my wife received a call that the practice was running behind and they could not see him until four hours later. This was after my wife already took the morning off and my son had fasted since day evening prior and took the prescribed Valium.
Of course she was offered to reschedule the appointment if she wanted to which was not an option since my son needed surgery and to get an appointment would take at least another two months. My wife wound up having to take the entire day off from work and my son was in a lot of discomfort from going that long without food.
We are very unhappy with this experience and will not choose Comfort Dental Care again.

Comfort Dental gave me an estimate of work to be done that was well over $8000 for my son. I knew something wasn’t correct so we switched dentists. They were very aggressive with what needed to be done and overcharged. The new dentist the estimate is $3000. I saved $5000 by switching to a family dentist.
