I love this dental office! I've had cleanings to implants done here and I have no complaints. Even my 2 sons go here again from cleanings to wisdom teeth out and just recently my autistic son who fears all needles had 5 fillings and 2 baby teeth pulled under oral sedation and it went great! All the people there are so friendly, caring and supporting of their patients needs!

I chose this practice based off local provider list from my dental insurance site. Staff was friendly, punctual and inviting despite covid restrictions. I also commend their cleanliness and safety practices to reduce covid exposure.

I felt pretty confident and liked my tech and dentist. Considering my last dental visit was 18 months ago and in the middle of starting restoration work pre covid lock down; I am aware of my current and upcoming financial investment in my mouth.

After discussing my goals and acknowledging I know the upcoming expenses... the dentist seemed pretty confident that my front teeth were in good health. Once the assistant returned to discuss a care plan without the dentist- all my teeth needed to be ground down and crowned- even after I corrected her with the dentist recommendation. My proposed total was around 55k and the first appointment being like 16k. They pushed that care credit, applying for multiple credit cards and even told me to go to Eglin for a loan and if I paid in cash my new total was 48k. I politely asked " so what you're saying is my mouth is trash and is basically the cost of a new car"

They have intimidating tactics and create silly unreasonable dental care plans that scare people without being practical. I can only imagine how many people leave that office ready to give up and ignore dental issues until they abcess or worse.

I have since established care at Shalimar Family Dentistry and just finished my 3rd appointment and have a very reasonable plan where it works with me financially in portions and quadrants on the mouth. I didnt need to be knocked out- the dentist is very gentle and has a vast clientele of various ages.

I was a little unsure of this place at first but after several appointments for an implant I completely trust them. The staff is great and the doctors are outstanding. I can confidently recommend them to anyone needing dental service.

Dr Vasquez is simply outstanding! I had a broken tooth with a complicated extraction which he handled perfectly and painlessly. I was very apprehensive as this was my first visit to Comfort Dental but Dr Vasquez explained each step of the procedure in advance and doing so eliminated my concerns and fears. Really a great experience and Dr Vasquez is truly a great dentist

I have been going here for over a year and they are just great! My 6 and 8 year old used to be scared of going to the dentist but know they are not! I was able to schedule all three of us within a month and was seen right at our appointment times! Staff is so caring and thorough!

I don't have any complaint out the service but I do have issue with their charging. I paid up front for a procedure on one of my teeth, when the dentist was working on my teeth said I didn't need it then I didn't get a complete refund for what I paid...it took me months to get a partial refund. I made my mind up if I didn't get the refund I couldn't go back. I also found that Comfort Dental charged me over $200 for medication to take the edge off getting my teeth worked on. The place I go now charges $0.

I was treated with the utmost respect and and concern for my well being. Dr. Vasquez and his staff are happy conscientious hard working professionals. First time I didn’t get upset having to go to a dentist. Thanks Dr Vasquez and Comfort Dental.

Overall, good experience. Friendly staff. Was seen a few minutes after my scheduled appointment. Due to COVID, had to wait in car, call the practice, and a medical worker will come out and walk you in when they're ready for you. I arrived 30 mins before my appointment and waited until my scheduled time...so not a fault of the practice. Arrive just a few minutes before and you should be good.

We love you guys — always flexible, professional and effective in making smiles beautiful! We couldn’t be happier with the results! Great office! Wonderful staff! Excellent care!
