I got a cleaning. The hygienist was very informative and polite. Didn't hurt one bit during the cleaning, while she did a thorough and good job. Would recommend 👌 👍

My mother had a tooth pulled 2 years ago or so. They gave her a shot of novocaine and while she was in the chair, a lady came to her for her to pay 500.00. She gave her credit card and signed off and even told me afterwards how irritated she was that they asked her while she was in the chair.
Now she is receiving bills for 500.00 as if she never paid! First of all, dentist offices do not let you out of the office without paying. You are expected to pay up front. Now they are acting like she never paid a dime. Second of all, they are threatening her with collections so she says she is paying. She is a senior citizen and says she's just tired and can't remember the date of service to look up credit card statements from that long ago to prove them wrong.
Just letting you know Comfort Dental that I will be pulling her credit card receipts from that long ago and coming after you for a refund of what she is paying you this week to get you off her back. You should be ashamed.

On time and friendly. Two things that are important to me. Not much is more aggravating than showing up for your appointment and having to wait beyond that time. Every time I have an appointment it starts on time or early. Thank you for respecting my time.

Service was good and fairly quick, some pain but to be expected when extracting teeth: but attendants were kind and gentle as possible. After product looks good and so fare has been working fine.

Taking pride in giving patients the confidence to smile, Comfort Dental Care and Orthodontists' dentists really care about their work and patients! Having a location (or a couple) where all areas of dentistry are practice, you do not have to worry about traveling all over town to see specialists. The Orthodontist, Dr. Torres is very informative to patients (and their families) when it comes to braces. Once you start your treatment, You would be very pleased with your smile when the braces come off.

When I had called for an emergency my call was very prompt & Comfort Dental Care called right back & they got me in that day early & the procedure was very satisfactory to my likin & my surgeon I can never remember his name the cute one he tells u everythin throughly & the procedure comes out the way he tells u, he did an amazin job on my problem & I came out smilin & happy!!! I am so happy that I chose Comfort Dental Care in Mary Esther so I can smile again!! Plus the whole staff is so friendly, & they all make u feel better when u walk out their door!! It is nice to know there r those that listen!!!

I was a walk-in yesterday after walking out of Aspen Dental(they wanted me to pay 60% of 3600 just to schedule an appointment for a cleaning) with a broken tooth. They made an appointment for me the same day and I will be having my broken tooth removed in days not weeks. Dr. Vasquez was just as wonderful as the entire staff.

Dolls & Makeup
The schedulers are not professional in what they do. They always sound like they can’t wait to get you off the phone and they are unpleasant when it comes to answering your questions. You can hear it in their tone. They make you run back and forth with your appointment and insurance and never even an apology.
