Not only was I lied to about my diagnosis but my insurance was to. I was expecting to get a cleaning they just measured my gums and told me I have periodontal disease and that I would have to come back for 4 other sessions to get it cleared up. I just left my 2nd dental appointment with someone else and they stated this company is notorious for living to people about thier conditions or if there is even one. They lie to so many people that they should be shut down. All they want is your money. They don't care about you dental hygiene. Never going there again!!

Comfort Dental is making new dentures for my 86 year old mom. She was very apprehensive about the whole dental experience but everyone here in the Ft Walton Beach location was very comforting to her and dealt with her fears on a professional level while causing her no pain.

Had a tooth implant loosen during the holiday. The staff was able to get me in the first day back and Dr. Vasquez as usual was awesome. No pain, quick procedure. Whole staff was very friendly and helpful! I don't stress going to the dentist anymore.

I have anxiety where the dentist is concerned. I had an unexpected urgent need for some dental work. Dr. Vasquez did a quick temporary fix to tide me over until I could take time off work for the permanent fix. They offer several types of relaxation methods to keep you calm during procedures. The dental hygenist, Colleen was quite good as well. They explain everything they were doing. The office staff is nice and helpful. I highly recommend Comfort Dental and specifically Dr. Vazquez.

Went in for emergency visit... they will over charge you ...you have to force people to do their job right. So I show her it’s not right and they will explain around it and tell lies bc they want to half do things! If you speak up then the job will be mediocre ....The problem was never corrected but dentist wanted me to leave still with the same problem I had.... they offer the higher option off the wham and appear to be trying to help.... they will offer the high cash option instead of finding resourceful cost effective alternatives! Not a place I would go to again .... run from any place they not trying to save you money

I came to the CD Santa Rosa location because a dental implant i got in ATL had fallen out. When i called them Victoria was very pleasant and was very helpful in getting my appointment for the same day. When i arrived i called Victoria again and they told me to come in, they were practicing proper COVID-19 procedures. I was greeted by another wonderful staff member Brettnie, she got me settled into a room and was just a bundle of joy. Then the wonderful Dr Vasquez came in and made me feel so relaxed and he explained all my choices. Once he was done the super woman Krystal, dental hygienist came in and really explained what type dental care i should consider and again put me at ease. I decided to get a bridge and Victoria got me scheduled for the next day. I wish i could remember all the wonderful staff at the Mary Esther location where i got my bridge but i was on meds so forgot their names but i know Brettnie's smiling face was there. The whole procedure went well and i can't thank them enough for a very professional and pleasant experience. Also another thank you to the veteran nurse who took care of me. She was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this company. Best dental experience ever!

I take notes when I go places, so this is my very accurate experience. I had an appointment yesterday. The office called me 20 mins before my appointment to tell me what my insurance covers. Cutting it a bit close, I’d say. When I got there, the parking lot was completely full. I had to park on the side of the building, as did others. I walked in with other patients who were complaining about the parking. The sweet woman at the front desk did a great job. I could tell she was new, but she was eager to learn and did very well. The new patient forms requested the same information multiple times on the same page. Unnecessary. My appointment was at 9:00am. I got there at 9:02am (because of parking), it took 19 mins to fill out paperwork, and my name was called at 9:28am. The dental assistant Brettnie was absolutely amazing! I get very nervous around dentists because of a traumatic and inappropriate experience as a teen. I’m heavily prone to gagging, which leads to vomiting, and very sensitive to sound. She was very kind and calming, offered suggestions to help me, and explained everything she did before she did it. If this review was just about her, it’d be 5 stars! After my xrays, I was sitting in the xray room and another employee came in with a patient. Once realizing I was still in there, they scooted away somewhere else. I was taken to an exam room, where Brettnie continued to make me feel comfortable and stayed most of the time during my exam. While waiting for the dentist, I heard an older lady complaining about her wait time, saying she had been waiting nearly an hour. The female dentist was very kind and professional, and also explained the tools she was using and what she was going to do before doing it. This is extremely helpful for those of us with sensory issues. I cannot thank these women enough for their understanding.
When the exam was complete (taking breaks to allow me to relax), it was determined that i would need a crown and deep cleaning. The total cost would be $2,345.65 without insurance (for those who want an idea of pricing). An employee named Colleen was professional and explained the pricing details very well until I completely understood each item. The billing/appointment lady (Natasha? Not sure) was also very professional and kind. It was very difficult and dangerous to exit the parking lot as there were vehicles everywhere from people just trying to park to get to their appointments.
Pros: Female dentist available. Very kind, caring, professional staff. They really listen to your needs.
Cons: Overbooking. Redundant paperwork. Runs behind schedule. Dangerous parking lot. Would’ve appreciated a call the day before, not 20 mins.

Schedule 0650 appt, arrive early. Only one car in lot besides mine. Call number, no answer, leave message. Wait call back, still no answer, voicemail again. Cars start pulling in. I wait a few minutes and call back. Now they answer promptly but proceed to ask a bunch of questions about my name, appt time, type of vehicle, etc. like I wasn't the only car in the parking lot (stalling). Then a woman comes out to get me (~0705) and when I get out of my truck she asks if I have a mask. Last week the Gov. of Florida declared all businesses can open and mask laws will not be enforced. Makes no sense to wear a mask for two minutes to walk in take it off again. Comfort Dental is obviously not interested in my business!

Everyone is really nice but they always want you to either get a deep scaling or Implants . I only have few teeth on the bottom even I know a deep scaling would make them worse and cost 427.00 and that was a discount. I told them my dentures hurt and they did give a mouth wash which is only temp. I would have thought they would check for mouth cancer in a mouth that has dentures and sore all the time. and at least sand or polish up my denture to make them feel better I guess the special of 89.00 did not pay for anything but looking in your mouth and take exrays Which I want a copy of. All they push is deep scaling because it cost more. What happen to just cleaning the teeth in this day and age. Sorry but I was disappointed.

I had originally had an appointment for my son in Aug. I get there just to find out that the appointment was canceled without notification. The receptionist who took down my information input it wrong so they were unable to contact me. When I got there for the appointment I wasn’t greeted I was gestures to a clipboard by the window to sign in. When my appointment slot went over 15 minutes I asked the receptionist why my son haven’t been seen yet. She then goes to say, “ oh we had to cancel because the doctor went on leave.” I explained to her that I never received a text , call or email of which I provided when I made the appointment. All she said was oh. So I ended up leaving and rescheduled for a later date but I didn’t go because of the lack of customer service and organization. Save your time and headache avoid this place.
