Pine Avenue Smiles 5 star service starts on the phone long before you even walk into the office. Melissa and Michelle make you feel well taken care of and comfortable. Dr. Pan is incredible, patient, kind and makes me feel at ease despite having a good amount of anxiety with dental procedures. His staff are the most friendly, accommodating and pleasant team and I just love this office! I laugh because now I look forward to going back! If you live in the Oldsmar/surrounding area. I highly and are looking for a dentist recommend them! They appreciate your business and will help come up with a plan tailored for you!

My 1st visit was today & a statement not heard by many, “I’m looking forward to going back!” Strange to hear about a Dentist I know..lol. The entire staff was incredibly personable, professional & proficient! They explained everything thing they were doing with kindness & care. Dr. Pan exceeded my expectations with his details of my options while understanding my financial limits, incredibly knowledgeable, gentle & spends the time with you answering all questions & concerns! This man truly cares for his patients and it shows! Highly Recommend for all your dental needs!

Dr Pan is an excellent dentist. Very professional but also very kind. I have a lot of dental problems and he is working very hard on the least invasive solutions to preserve my teeth, but at the same time fixing what's going on now. Michelle took my call was very nice from the start. I am in town from the Keys due to family matter. She arranged for my veneer to be repaired the very next day. Once I arrived they greeted me nicely. The wait was about 20 minutes and the care was done professionally and other teeth were looked at. Their pricing was within reason. I highly recommend them and would return.

Dr P. and his entire staff are amazing! So compassionate and they take their time to make sure each patient's questions and concerns are all taken care of before they leave the office. Dr. Ricky Pan and his staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They really care about their patients and make you as comfortable as possible during your visit- even offering pillows for extra neck support! They are very compassionate and honest and don’t try to “up-sell“ services that you do not need. Dr. Pan does beautiful work!!

Dr. Pan and his team are one of a kind. They create a warm and welcoming environment. I have not been to the dentist in years due to past dental experience and fear of the dentist. They acknowledged and validated my fear and ensured that I would not leave their office feeling the same way. The staff welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable. They checked in with me throughout my appointment and walked me through each step of the process. Unfortunately, my negligence left me with a cavity, root canal, and crown. Dr. Pan and the staff made sure the process was smooth and pain-free (literally, I felt nothing, and I am a scaredy-cat). When I needed a referral, they sent me to a place that treated me similarly. When I go to Pine Avenue Smiles, I feel like part of a family.
