Very pleased with my experience, the staff is very friendly and go the extra steps to make you comfortable. This was the first time that Dr. Pan did any work on my teeth, he did a great job. I hate getting shots especially in the mouth. I did not feel a thing. Very happy. So 👍 is all I can say.

I cannot believe how lucky I am to find Dr. Ricky Pan as my dentist. He is very efficient and effective dentist you can ever find. He is also very gentle that you are not going to be scared on every procedures needed to be done. I had several tooth filling done and as well as fixing in between my teeth as food gets in and got stuck all the time. Before I knew Dr. Pan, I went to the other dentist and she did not do a good job. Thanks to Dr. Pan, he magically fixed my problem. Please visit Dr. Ricky Pan if you need a good dentist.

Going to the dentist is never on the top of anyone's to-do list. However, this was my first time since moving from the UK and it was a really good experience (I'd say the best experience I've had when it comes to health and service providers).

The moment you walk through the door you are greeted by a smiling Receptionist (Melissa) (I even remembered her name that's how shocked I was)!!!

The scheduled appointment was on time and when I was greeted by Kathy (who was going to be my hygenist) within moments the foreboding had subsided and I was going through the treatment (which is never a pleasing sensation) all the discomfort mitigated by her skill and temperament.

Having had the full spectrum of services (new clients go through an onboarding procedure to ensure that they can get the right advice). I met with Kathy and Dr Pan who laid out my options, detailing priorities, but without the sales pitch or pushing me into unnecessary services.

Great experience, Great team, looking forward to going back (kinda).

I live in Clearwater, my wife is great finding good places, products and so I told her to find me a doctor which is really interested in me. She found Dr. Pan in Oldsmar 40 minutes away.

I can say he is sensational, really great and cares like no other one.

Here a bit my story. I’m from Europe and seen dentist in Switzerland, German and Hungary. (Germany and Switzerland were good – the one in Hungary was a nightmare)

Here in Clearwater, I was patient with 2 different dentist (both not satisfactory) , one crown broke off a the bottom after 3 years. (Catastrophe).
When to a third to review my broken crown – I felt like being treated as a money mint not been cared for.

That’s why my wife searched and found Dr. Pan. I came to him super suspicious, which is my attitude to all doctors. I made it clear that I don’t trust him or any doctors. He took his time to go over every single option and answer my questions one by one.

I felt okay and so I let them do a deep cleaning session – that was good.
So, I took the next step and let him fix a cavity with a filling. That was very good.
I had three choses to fix that tooth, explained very well and all the pluses and minuses of them. He gave his opinion but also the knowledge I needed to make an educated decision. I was ready to trust him and took the root canal approach.
As you can see I’m very picky.
During the process he realized that we should change something and he explained took the time and again gave me enough data to understand and agree. Just wow.

People learn a profession but one cannot learn the calling, talent etc. Dr. Pan has that, he is meticulous, very, very steady hand and really cares about me, a man he never meet, does not know anything and may have been walking away before he earned something!

I’m a bit allergic to Novocaine (he did not know), and after the first deep cleaning I felt not so good. He took care and at the evening he called me and asked how I was doing – who does that – only someone who cares.

He is the kind of person which is not money motivated, his patients and pride of doing a good job are standing in the center.

Thank you for being who you are and I’m thankful to my wife having found him and being the lucky guy being treated by him.

Oh, totally forgot to mention, all staff are super nice and competent. Every single one went the extra mile. The lady which did my deep cleaning, very caring and did not care how much time it took. Will always go back to her.

Worst experience a dentist in 60 years. Extremely aggressive and is only interested is filling his pockets. I came in for an extraction and ended up going home with two perfectly good teeth ground down. I would not recommend this office for anything other than a cleaning. If you need dental work run don't walk to the nearest professional.

Very pleasant and professional environment. Very clean and sterile. Dental Hygienists did a thorough exam. X-ray machine was a new digital that allowed to see better than film. Did a thorough cleaning. Dr. Pan was also very pleasant and professional. Did a thorough exam and explained everything and answered all questions. Didn't feel rushed at all. Would recommend to family and friends. All staff very pleasant and helpful.
