I was a little nervous getting so many fillings replaced, but they did a great job. They really explained the process and took my comfort and well being as a number one priority. They also took their Covid-19 safety procedures seriously. I would recommend them as a great dentist for anyone in the area.

5 stars doesn't begin to cover my experience at this office. After years of horrible dental experiences, I have finally found a dentist and staff that doesn't make my blood run cold. Quite the opposite! Dr. Pan is kind, honest, and compassionate. He looks for solutions with the best outcome for your dental health, smile, and finances. Dr. Pan stays on top of the newest techniques and is constantly seeking to improve his practice for the benefit of his patients. The staff is incredible! I have worked with almost every tech in the office. Luisa, Kathy, and Linda show caring and consideration every time I see them, to include popping in to say hi when they aren't my assigned tech. Melissa stays on top of the front desk and always comes through with the appointment time I need and following up on questions I call with. Michelle is a literal ray of sunshine- she is so upbeat and supportive, you can't help but smile. If you are looking for a dental office you won't dread going to, you have found it! I can't thank them enough for their caring and kindness... and my new smile!

To say that I am terrified of the dentist is an understatement, past experiences have caused this “dental phobia” that I have, or shall I say had, thanks to Dr. Pan and his amazing staff that is now in the past! From the first interaction with Pine Avenue Smiles, I felt the friendliness of Melissa just through our phone conversation. Arriving at the office full of anxiety, both Melissa and Michelle were welcoming and very comforting and helped to reassure me that I was in good hands. Kathy, my hygienist, also was aware of my anxiety, and she was very gentle, comforting, friendly and kind, she took the time to explain everything that they were doing and always made sure to check to see how I was feeling along the way. Enter Dr. Pan, such a kind, funny, comforting, gentle and caring doctor who had to be the barer of bad news in letting me know that I needed to have a crown. He took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions, as this was my first. The appointment was scheduled. The big day arrived, and I was going to start the process of getting my crown. Terrified was an understatement, I am not a fan, to say the least of needles in my mouth. Louisa reassured me that Dr. Pan had an amazing way of administering the Novocain and that I would not even know. She was right! Throughout the lengthy procedure, Dr. Pan would continue to ask me if I was ok and kept me up to speed on the process, what he was doing and what the next step was going to be. I felt nothing, how amazing! Words I have never said about a dental appointment! Each time I come to the office I am greeting with open arms. I am not just a patient at Pine Avenue Smiles, I am treated like a family member, a lifelong friend that they are genuinely happy to see. Dr. Pan is very appreciative of my trust in him and taking time out of my day to come see him and tries to tend to business in a timely but precise fashion. I really cannot say enough about Pine Avenue Smiles, I will not trust another to take care of my smile and I am the one who is appreciate of Dr. Pan and his incredible staff!

Dr. Pan and his staff are amazing! They are so friendly and welcoming. The office is very clean and great care is taken to ensure a safe and pleasant experience. Dr. Pan is an exceptional dentist, highly competent and caring. He was my dentist at New Port Richey Dental. He is worth traveling almost an hour to keep him as my dentist! Last week an old crown popped out when I was flossing on vacation. When I returned home on Friday I called Dr. Pan's office to leave a message to set up an appointment for the following week. Even though the office was closed, he called me back and I was seen the same day! Dr. Pan was able to successfully reinsert the crown which saved me a great deal of time, expense and discomfort. Dr. Pan is very meticulous; he made sure the fit and seal were perfect and made sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout the procedure! His assistant Michelle was awesome also! She was great help with both the procedure and the paperwork! I highly recommend this practice!!!

Dr. Ricky Pan is the best dentist I have ever been in the USA. He is very thorough and cares about how to solve my dental problems. Unlike other dental clinics, Dr. Pan is very passionate on what he does. He takes care of my anxiety and makes dental visit pleasant. Highly recommended dentist!

I had my first dental appointment with Pine Avenue Smiles today and I loved it! I definitely will keep coming here in the future. The whole staff was extremely kind and welcoming to me and went out of their way to make my experience easy and comfortable. I got to personally talk with Ayet, Melissa, Michelle, and Dr. Pam and I had never met a more professional and friendly dentistry crew. I would highly recommend this place for family and friends!

Dr. Ricky Pan and all the staff at Pine Avenue Smiles are exceptional people. They really know how to treat a patient well. From the point of first contact by phone to schedule an appointment, everyone was very friendly. Upon entering the office, it is very clean and inviting. The hygienist, Ayet was extremely gentle and did an excellent job with the cleaning. Dr. Pan is extremely knowledgeable and thorough too. The entire team at Pine Avenue Smiles is amazing and I will definitely come back!

I have enjoyed, as much as anyone can say they "enjoy" going to the dentist.
