I’m new to the area and I happen to break a tooth. So I wasn’t aware of anyone or place. I went online and seen the five star rating. Not that it always holds true. I called them 4 o’clock in the afternoon they got me in at 9 o’clock the next morning and I felt like I was in a spa being pampered They took care of me from the intake process to the dentist and the dentist assistant they were incredible. I’ve never been taken care of by a doctors office, a dentist or anywhere the way I was taken care of their period. Two hours after i left I received a call from the dentist. He actually called me himself and make sure everything was OK. They honestly blew me away with there service. If I could give them 100 Rating I would.

My visits are always great experiences. The office always informs me of all information on procedures so I am aware. The staff is very friendly, always makes me feel welcomed. I just had a tooth removed an the visit is as always easy. The best dentist I have been to so far. Love this practice. I highly recommend

The staff are friendly and great. They treat you like family. I am terrified of going to the dentist and Dr. Pan was patient with me explaining all the steps as he worked on my teeth ( I needed a crown) I have gone back for a cleaning and that was a breeze. Highly recommend!

This is a great dental care office. Dr. Pan is gentle, educational, and uses updated equipment and techniques. Another good sign is that the staff is consistent. I love seeing the familiar faces when I visit every 6 months.

Dr. Pan and staff are professional and treat you with kindness. I have horrible dental anxiety like on a scale of 1-10. I'm like a 20. Dr. Pan and staff are so positive an friendly it really helps making you feel at easy. Making sure you are ok during procedures is their priority you can tell. Dr. Pan is also very particularly about his work and treats his staff nicely. I will not go anywhere else.

Both Dr. Ricky Pan and Michelle are very caring, professional and great to deal with. They remember not only you as a patient, but YOU! They show an interest in their patients and make you feel like family. I've only ever had one other dentist in my life that I would consider as caring and professional as Dr. Pan. Also, his entire staff is great!
