Very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Every staff member was cordial and the initial consult with Dr. Pan withdrew all my anxiety! Because I had tooth pain they made my next appointment a priority. I chose to have an extraction and the surgery went well. I was very comfortable throughout the procedure and received a follow-up call from Dr. Pan that evening. I am a week out now and feel great! As someone who has been a dental coward for all my life, I cannot express enough how fortunate and happy I am to have Dr Ricky Pan as my dentist. We went to him when he was in NPR and were so disappointed when he left. But then we learned he is now at Pine Avenue Smiles in Oldsmar. We travel over an hour from Homosassa!
Dr. Pan is compassionate, gentle, thorough, and very much a perfectionist. He and his wonderful staff are very acommodating. They're all very friendly and put you at ease. Never in my life have I been more unafraid of a dental visit. If your looking for a dentist, see Dr Pan. You won't be disappointed! I'd give him ten stars❣️😍

Dr. Pan and his staff are by far the best dental office I have ever been to! I am not a good dental patient and both Dr. Pan and his hygienist go out of their way to accommodate my issues. They are kind and gentle. Dr. Pan uses very up-to-date techniques that take away a lot of the pain and discomfort. I have had a crown and a filling done by Dr. Pan and both experiences were terrific. I referred my husband to Dr. Pan. After his first visit he said he would never go to another dentist again. The staff, including Melissa and Michelle, are very friendly and very nice to work with too. The best part of the visit is that Dr. Pan gives you a neck pillow!!! I would highly recommend Pine Avenue Smiles!

Dr. Pan at Pine Avenue Smiles is the best! It is definitely apparent that Dr. Pan has built his practice on trust, comfort, and excellence. The entire office is dedicated to making the patient feel comfortable, from the moment Melissa sets up your appointment to when she warmly greets you at the desk! Michelle is there to keep the office running smoothly and is a delight to know! Dr. Pan's assistant, Luisa, is so very capable and personable, explaining every single step of treatment. She is a delight! Linda is the very best technician there is! She is the most thorough and dedicated assistant. She is an amazing technician and is focused on perfection, all the while focusing on the patient in a warm and personable way. She is truly amazing! Ayet and Kathy are also favorites of my family. It is safe to say that the entire office ensures a positive experience.
