Luisa is extremely knowledgeable and kind, Ayet made me feel at home during processes that are almost always perceived as uncomfortable (she even made them fun), Melissa is very sweet and experienced in her comprehensive approach to handling patient affairs, and Michelle is light in human form permeating her own positive attitude throughout the office at all times.
I sincerely look forward to getting to know more of the staff and utilizing these hard to come by services for a long time!

I've been a customer at this location for over 25 years. I have been very impressed with Dr. Pan over the last 6 months with my most recent appointment today, December 14, 2020. My hygienist, Ayet, is another "Dentist" who does a tremendous job in my cleaning treatment along with "gentle" reminders as to what I need to focus on in the future. Melissa at the front desk is tremendous with her follow up skills. Dr. Pan, Michelle and staff have continued to perform at the highest levels of customer service that Drs. Cohen & Jamieson set all those years ago.
