My grandson was visiting for a few days and broke his tooth, I called Waterford Lakes Dental and they were so awesome and got me an appt the next day. They fixed his tooth and were absolutely wonderful! My h ut band and I have decided this will be our new place to go for our dental needs. Cracked a tooth the day before I went on vacation, called the office they saw me promptly at 8 am. The staff was kind, compassionate and friendly. Dr Marte was an absolute angel. She was more worried about my well being than getting my money. She took care of me quickly and won my business forever. I recommend Dr Marte and Waterford Dental to everyone

Friendly, courteous and professional service. I had a serious concern (it was serious to me), they were able to get me into the office within 24 hours without an appointment. Thank God, I was able to get in for their dental care. Finally, they did some additional services to mouth, although wasn’t scheduled.... couldn’t believe it!!! They were able to do an extraction today. Oh my, I have been dying to get this tooth out of my mouth.

If I could rate Waterford Lakes Dental with no stars I would. I'm a 20 year old college student and they completely tried to rip me off. I've never had dental issues and I went in for the first time to have a cleaning there. It was the most painful dentist visit I have ever experienced, and they hadn't even cleaned my teeth yet. In fact, I left and didn't let them. The dental hygienist made me feel extremely uncomfortable to begin with, but then proceeded to jam a metal probe deep into my gums all around my mouth (which was EXTREMELY painful) in order to "measure" how inflamed my gums were. The X-rays I had done were also very uncomfortable and painful. They told me I needed almost $1000 in work done on my gums and I knew immediately I was being ripped off. I went back to my old dentist where a hygienist (who worked for a gum specialist for years) gently did the measurements, which I barely felt, and told me my gums were perfectly healthy. I've never felt so angry and ripped off in my life. Please don't give this dental office any business, unless you appreciate businesses that try to rip off poor college students!
