Best customer service ever!!! The flow of positive and supportive enery is incredible. I always leave with a huge smile becuse the service is impeccably. OMJ!! I LOVE HOW MY TEETH LOOKS AFTER A VISIT. No question is left unanswered. They make me feel like I'm a part of their family. Most importantly, I TRUST them with the health and care of my mouth.

My 9 yr old is in love with this office. She was nervous and terrified to be seen before the appointment, due to past experiences at other dental offices. Dr. Marte explained everything she did step by step to my daughter and eased her fears. Ana, the dental assistant, was so kind and made us laugh. The hygienist was also wonderful. They are so great with kids! My daughter is actually excited and can’t wait to go back, which speaks volumes. They were also very accommodating and were able to fit us in right away and started treatment the same day. We are very pleased and will continue to go to Waterford Lakes Dental for our dental needs.

My dental hygienist, Ashley, Dr. Marte, and the office manager were all incredibly personable, professional, knowledgeable, and above all else, kind. I've always dreaded going to the dentist, but this practice employs some great people, which made the experience much more pleasant than what I've had at other dentists. I highly recommend this practice if you're scouring google for a new dentist, like I was prior to today's visit.

I was traumatized as a child going to the dentist and this has led to me having a dislike for every dentist that I have visited however this dentist have displayed patients and grace in every interaction that I have had with them.
I value dental care but fear every dental visit for reasons unknown
I truly recommend them to anybody who is looking for a dentist as there could not be anybody on the planet that is more fearful of going to a dentist and a worse patient than I. I typically don’t get past two appointments with any other dentist yet I have been here for a multitude of years and still keep going back (and they still keep caring so kindly) kudos to the team and thank you for your patience and grace
