I love this dentist. Everyone is so sweet and patient. I’m a nervous and anxious person so feeling relaxed and comfortable is not an easy task. My mom has been seeing Dr. Marte for years and raved about how much she loved her and the staff. Over a year ago I decided to switch dentist. I have never been happier. I have never been to a dentist I have been excited to see. Dr Marte and her staff feels like you’re hanging out with friends. I laugh...I chat...you can exchange traveling ideas...good restaurants, etc. There all so down to earth. They laugh at all my corny jokes. Plus the work they do is amazing. I call them my miracle workers. Dr Elizabeth Marte has a gift and the staff is very gentle. I look forward to seeing them again. I recommend this place to everyone wholeheartedly.

I have to leave 1 star. This dentist was a weird one. I have been taking my kids to see a dentist every year since they were 2 in Pennsylvania and Orlando. I recently moved and needed to find a new office. I decided to try out this one. Unfortunately it was a mistake in part. I kindly ask to please see my kids prior to any X-rays, and once the dentist checks them out and feels they are in need of an X-ray, to go ahead and do it. I’ve never had an my issues with this request at any dentist office in Florida and across this country, until I met her. She was condescending, rude, and extremely unpleasant. It’s crazy how people will act when you have a request out of the norm. It’s appalling this dentist wouldn’t accommodate one simple request and she actually refused to check my kids if her rules weren’t met.She has having a power trip. Here we had a case of a woman who thinks she’s high and mighty all because she’s a freaking dentist. What an uncomfortable, unpleasant office to go to. I definitely would never recommend her. Maybe once she learns some customer service, gets an attitude check and changes her RBF she won’t be so unlikeable.

Dr. Marte, Ana and the entire front desk staff were super friendly, communicated well, and made my daughter feel comfortable throughout her visit. We had to have an emergent I&D for a tooth abscess. Dr. Marte thoroughly explained the procedure and after care to my daughter in a way she can understand — without the medical jargon. She answered all our questions and eased our anxiety. I’m thankful for such a wonderful team who cared for my daughter well.

The receptionist was very friendly and understanding when I came in for my appointment. Everyone I interacted with there, all the way to Dr. Marte, was helpful and put me at ease for going in to get my widom teeth examined.
Huge shoutout for Dr. Marte because she went the extra mile when forgot to put my pharmacy information down. She gave me a call once she had placed the order, just to make sure I knew when I could get my antibiotics.
I recommend this place to anyone who likes having a dentist and team who is fun, helpful, candid and professional!
