From the moment I entered the building and completed paperwork, through the cleaning and final paperwork, everyone was helpful and informative. Arlene my dental hygienist was amazing and I just love her personality. She was very thorough with my cleaning and periodically checking to make sure that I was okay bc of my sensitive areas in my gums. Dr. Marte addresses any issues and concerns that you have with recommendations. Awesome personality as well. As far as the staff, they ALL are very friendly and helpful!

I had an overall good experience! The staff is really nice. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars was because I feel like they should have went over prices before starting my exam and cleaning so that way I had a choice of what to pay for. I paid $20 for fluoride when I went in with the assumption that my insurance would cover everything. After the service was done I was told that the fluoride costed $20.

I am new to the Orlando area and I was looking for a family dentist for my daughter. When I called to schedule appointment Velda was so professional and very helpful. I was able to schedule the appointment for the next day I was super excited 😝. The staff was super amazing and helpful, I was the person that was a little extra on her first visit. What stood out for me was what Velda said to me “Just give Dr. Elizabeth Marte a chance.” Now Dr.Elizaberh Marte was excellent and very professional, she explained to me and daughter what needed to done and answered all of our questions. Thank you so much! 10 stars from me.

I've been coming here to get my teeth clean, and everything has been great. All the people complaining, sounds like you have some pretty bad teeth!... they always check my insurance plan, and tell me up front what my out of pocket will be. Honestly I love going to the dentist, I've always have, but I've never had a bad experience here.
