I love this dentistry! Been going to them for a little over two years now an have never been more comfortable in a dentists office. They help with making it less scary of a place for those of us who have been traumatized by previous dentists. Highly recommend you entrust Tomoka Family Dentistry with your dental needs!

I recently finished having dental work done on my upper and lower teeth with Tomoka Family Dentistry. Before having this work done i had no smile and i would try not to smile at all. I had to watch what i would eat because of the condition of my teeth and i could not enjoy some of the foods i love to eat. As of today i have a smile that i am proud of, i can eat what i want to eat without worries. Dr. Schimenti is an outstanding dentist who truly performs high quality dental work for her patients. All of the staff is committed to providing the best quality dental work as well as taking care of your dental insurance needs. My dental insurance denied several of my procedures but Dr. Schimenti and her staff went to work on resubmitting the claims with further documentation and it worked. Their efforts saved me a good amount of money that would have come out of my pocket. I feel that i am not just a number at Tomoka Family Dentistry but a valued patient. You would be very hard pressed to find another dentist and staff that provides the high level of quality care that you find here.

Sad to be moving out of the area, but highly recommend them to those still in the Ormond Beach! Go see them for your dental and orthodontic (Invisalign) needs!!

Very nice office and the best staff

I had a great check up today at Tomoka Dentistry. I showed up a day early but they still worked me in and the staff was great. The dentist and the hygienist were amazing.

I highly recommend Tomoka Family Dentistry. Everyone is extremely nice, helpful and very thorough. They are very patient and really listen to you and will answer all your questions. The atmosphere is very calming which is exactly what you need at a dental office. They will work with you whatever your situation.

This has been my dentist for a few years now. The dentist and staff are always so professional, friendly and helpful. Very clean and pleasant establishment. I always look forward to my visit!

I am updating this after 7 years. Initially I gave the 2 stars which was generous but i have lowered it to 1 star. I saw a couple of similar reviews to mine on another review site so it is sad to see others had same experience as mine and this is another reason why I am writing this.
I went to this dentist office about 7 years ago for a check up and the female dentist said I had 2 fillings that needed to be refilled. I had absolutely no pain in either tooth and like a dummy I said ok. After both teeth were done, one of them was immediately extremely sensitive to cold and It didn’t get better. I ended up having to get a root canal and crown on that tooth by other dentists. I did complain with the company and got back some money for the one tooth. It appeared that the other tooth that was filled to the point that much of the tooth was actually gone and it was mostly filling than tooth. I now had part of that filling fall out and have to go to dentist with no insurance. I pray the tooth can be saved since that dentist May have drilled too much tooth out and filled it back. I am not sure if that young dentist is still there or not but again saw that the same thing happened to another person and another similar complaint. I should have inquired more about how long the dentist had been practicing and certainly not done anything with my teeth if they werent hurting. I feel as if this dentist just told me this so she could make some money to pay her college bills but this could be an assumption on my part. Our teeth are so important so do your homework and dont get anything done unless you are in pain!
