Beware, not sure where to start, so many negative incidences. The staff is rude and vague from the moment you walk in the door. They asked me to come in 15 minutes early to process my paper work only to sit there until my hygienist came out 20 minutes later and hands me what I needed to file. The front desk girls didn’t have the decency to make any eye contact, a hello, or even addressing my name before they spoke at me. I had to ask, “are you talking to me”. They inflate their prices, I had a crown done only to find out afterwards that their price was twice the amount necessary for the procedure and the job on my tooth was done poorly. My crown doesn’t fit my tooth properly, leaving plenty of opportunity for future problems and tooth decay. After receiving my insurance statement I now owe them $50 for an unnecessary fluoride treatment that is not covered by my insurance, only to ages 13 and under. I am well over 13 years of age. They are also trying to sell me over $5,000 for braces when my teeth are perfectly straight, and now stating I need another crown. There is no consideration for their patients and proper dental care by people barley out of school. No mentorship! I will be seeking another facility with professional people.

They LISTENED and were nice, didn't 'bully' or order me, nor did they consider my pain and comfort 'secondary' and simply an inconvenience or impediment to their work, which unfortunately, is too common in the dental industry.
