Great visit from start to finish. Second time, and I'll be back again and again. Front desk got me through the check in process. Hygienist (Bekah) did an awesome job! Was focused on making sure that I was comfortable through out the process and gave great suggestions as well. Dentist was great and also gave great advice. Lastly, check out lady was helpful, and actually got me caught up in a nice little conversation. Thanks again for the great service!

Sarah, hygienist is very gentle and extremely pleasant. Front desk greeting is thorough and professionally nice. Doctor is trustworthy, thorough and shares her knowledge in aN easy manner. Office coordinator, Stephanie, is exactly the type of worker the patient would want in that position. A well run, professional, clean, and on time operation!

My wife and I switched to Crosswater Dental just about a year ago, shortly after moving to Nocatee, due to their excellent reviews. They have far exceeded our expectations. Because we are blessed with excellent insurance, almost any procedures they might have recommended, necessary or otherwise, would have been virtually free to us and easy to OK. Yet they made none.
Dr Chopra and her staff are consistently patient, pleasant and professional. Their diagnostic and treatment equipment is new and state-of-the-art, making our old dentist's operation look old-fashioned and outdated in comparison. They proved that they were there for us in an emergency, too. When one of my canine teeth was broken off they got me right in, then set me up with an excellent specialist for the extraction and implant work. He even had a 3-D Itero Touch Screen Scanner that gave him an interactive view of my entire skull that looked more precise than an MRI!
Dr Chopra and her assistant Julie then showed that they are true perfectionists, matching up the new crown with the existing teeth. They sent it back to the lab three times, finally agreeing.that it was just right. This resulted in several lost hours to them that they happily absorbed. This morning their work on my new smile was done, and my wife and I could not be more pleased!

Dr. Chopra and her staff were excellent with me. They understood my anxiety and did everything possible to make me as comfortable as possible.
I'm 63 years old and have seen many many dentists. This was the best experience in my lifetime with a dentist.
Her office is new and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful.
