Absolutely recommend Dr. Chopra - she is fabulous! Her bedside manner is wonderful- you can tell she genuinely cares about each patient. She is incredibly patient, explains each step, and spends as much time with you as is needed (unlike many dentists who take a quick look and rush off to the next patient). Her staff are all extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and gentle.

All of the staff were extremely friendly and professional throughout the visit. They had the COVID-spread prevention procedures down pat and made sure I was well-protected and comfortable at all times. My procedure could not have gone better. If you are in the Nocatee area and looking for a great dental office, you can feel good about choosing Crosswater!

Worst dental facility I have every been to in my life! I feel bad for people in Nocatee that do not have another option. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The dentist does not think twice about your gums or any other aspect of the mouth just place crowns where they can that they end up falling off. Thanks for the thousands of dollars spent for nothing.

I went Here for second opinion. They took care of me and handled my tooth issues with nothing but class A service. The other place I first Went charge more and want to push the issue I need Rct. With them they actually saved me by not doing rct they said they would but during the procedure they able to save my tooth and my pocket. This place has great front office. Stephanie and Tea and all ladies in front are all smiles and happy to serve. And by the way they took care of my treatment plan with my insurance that i paid very few out of pocket. Sara my hygienist is the best. She is very good and friendly. Highly recommend her for cleaning. Now for my main dentist Doc Jessica she is calm and make you feel like it’s your first dentist visit when your kid. No pain and all gain. Love my experience with this clinic and highly recommend them.

Had a bad tooth ache and new to the area. Receptionist was kind and caring and I was able to complete all forms on line. Office wait was not very long - Emily, the Xray tech, was also kind and efficient, and Dr. Chopra seemed to be all business and very analytical in her approach to my issue.
Step 2 is a referral to an endodontist - Emily scheduled that visit and Dr Chopra said she would call me in the evening after that appointment's results to decide on a plan of attack. I feel that I am in good hands at Crosswater Dental. I would highly recommend them.

My Dental visit was amazing. Amanda was very professional upon check in and check out. Bekah did an outstanding cleaning and Dr Chopra did a thorough exam. Nice office as well! I highly recommend this office if your looking for great Dental care. My only complaint is that the waiting room is freezing.

Went for my appointment yesterday that was set several months ago. I got to front desk and told I had no appointment because I didn’t confirm through text to their automated texts. I am then told they could try to fit me in, so I proceed to wait for twenty minutes and am then told I need to reschedule. Total waste of my time and office really didn’t care. Nocatee residents, do yourselves a favor and leave the bubble for your dental care!
