This place is unorganized and a headache to deal with. I called to set up a new appointment and was put on hold for 5 minutes for them to come back and say their scheduling system was messed up and they would call me back, no big deal.
3 weeks later and still no call back so I decide to give calling them another shot, I call and made an appointment 6 months out. Really no big deal still.
My wife had called an made an appointment as well just months before me, the Friday before her Monday appointment they text her at 12:30PM asking for a confirmation and she texted back with that confirmation as soon as she got done teaching and out of school at 4:01PM..but guess what? Because they closed at 4PM that confirmation didn’t matter, even on Monday when they got back to see this confirmation and the day of her appointment..they still decided to give away my wife’s appointment that she made 6 months before to someone else.
I’m sure they do a great job with your dental needs but these two situations have me going somewhere else outside of the town I live in because they just can’t seem to do business the right way. A real shame.
