I just want to personally thank this office for all of their help and assistance in my emergency situation. They were wonderful their attitudes were very positive and they were very helpful. Everyone in the office deserves a raise because they are very sweet best customer service I’ve ever received any doctors office throughout all of my years of practice I greatly appreciate them for everything that they have done for me thus far and I cannot wait to continue my service and hopefully will become a new patient

I went to this office a year ago. Scheduling was a nightmare (they kept calling me to reschedule because they were overbooked or someone was sick, literally 4 reschedules) so I wasn't looking forward to the actual visit. I went to the visit the front desk staff was very nice and changed my mind about the office. The doctor Dr. Lenz treated me as if my opinion of my care didn't matter, and as if I was someone insulting her by asking questions about the plan of action. I decided that I didn't want her to perform the procedure because I want the doctor to care about my fears and concerns. Then my nightmare got worse. 6mths later they billed us for something we didn't expect and I had to fight to get them to correct it. They did. HOWEVER, today a YEAR LATER they are billing me for something my insurance has paid and according to my EOB I have zero responsibility. HOW is the office SO unorganized that a year later they are trying to double bill me for an exam fee. I didn't go in for a procedure. I didn't go in for an extensive cleaning. I was in the office for 30mins so the doctor could exam a tooth! ONE TOOTH! A YEAR LATER! SO UNORGANIZED! SUCH A HEADACHE! I am so glad we made the decision to switch providers. Save yourself the trouble, and billing nightmares and choose one of the other many wonderful offices in the area.

Horrible experience. Went in after i cracked a tooth. Staff seemed annoyed. Dentist clearly didn't want to fix it. The dentist barely looked at it, gave me a bunch of excuses and basically told me "I can refer you to a colleague at our sister facility at Bartram Springs that is more qualified than me". And the attitude was one of indifference. What a bunch of jerks!
So Crosswater was basically a waste of my time and money. I guess if you just need a checkup and teeth cleaning this place might be okay. But don't have anything more complicated; she's not sufficiently qualified. What a useless place.

Dr. Lenz at Crosswater Dental is kind, compassionate, and really cares about the health of your smile. I had to go in to get some fillings done and she was very careful and patient with me (I can be a baby when it comes to my teeth and sensitivity). She took the time to make sure I was comfortable before proceeding with her work, and she would take small breaks for me when I needed them. With all the work I needed done, and my break time, she was efficient and effective enough to have me in and out of the office in a hour. A great young dentist who cares not only about her work, but for her patient's best results. If you are looking for a new dentist but are nervous or unsure, go talk to her and her staff, you'll be relieved and happy you did. Great overall experience!
