So I am one of those people who didn't take care of my teeth for say... ten years. Basically, the entirety of my twenties my teeth suffered. I knew I needed to go in but I didn't want to be shamed for things I already knew I had screwed up.
This office? This office gave me no shame. We formulated a plan, we've taken care of my issues and now I'm back in tip-top teeth shape. I really like their hours and availability and I enjoy that they really, truly seem considerate of the hang ups people have with dentists.
I’m editting this to add on: my temporary crown broke and I was going out of the country. They made sure to squeeze me in that day before my flight so I didn’t have to worry. It’s little things like that. They saved me a headache, both literally and figuratively.

I came to my appointment 10 minutes early today and was told that they were trying to reach me on 3 occasions to let me know my provider is no longer working there. No voicemail or missed messages. Meanwhile, I was receiving email and text confirmations may 21st, june 2nd and up until two hours prior to my appointment.
On another issue, I went for crown and I had to come back 4 times to re-glue the permanent crown. This all happened the same day or day after the crown was re glued.
I am never coming back to this dental office.

Crosswater dental exceeded my expectations . They had a very clean and inviting waiting room. Everyone I saw was very informative , and reassuring that they would help me achieve all of my oral health goals. I was also very pleased that nobody was trying to push or sell me anything. Everyone seemed very sincere.

I had a rare experience at the dentist office. It was pleasant Trish was very thorough. I felt she had oodles of knowledge about the best course of action for my teeth. I felt listened to and I felt like critical thinking was happening about how to best treat my gums going forward. I typically have bad experiences with dental offices because I either don’t understand the reasons for the treatment or I feel that they are wanting all my money! Lol This did not feel that way. I’m actually not stressed after leaving the dentist this time and that says a lot about this office and the Hygienist.

Very professional and extremely compassionate about the fears and pain when it comes to teeth. I didn't feel any pain on my crown and cleaning. Dr. Chopra is an expert and genuinely cares about her patients. You will not find a nicer, cleaner, efficient, more comfortable office and a more helpful staff.
