Comfort Dental Care & Orthodontics - Santa Rosa Beach

My first vist was no the best I had to wait for a long time until to be attended. When I went the second time everything was wonderful, they werw really nice and always and my teeth got clean and happy too... thank you for your help!

I am very happy to have tried this place. Ever since my regular dentist retired, I have tried three or four different dentist offices. I honestly didn't care for any of them for various reasons; and therefore I was not going for my routine, regular cleanings. Some appointments took too long. Some just hygienists just outright hurt. Some dentists I felt were trying to "up-sell" me on unnecessary dental services and/or not being transparent with me about what my cost would be. One did an X-ray for which I was not covered by insurance without informing me.

Finally, I am happy to report that I found a dental office that checks all the boxes, and I finally will be getting back into a routine of regular check-ups and cleanings.

The facilities are clean. The staff is very warm & friendly but also professional. The tools & machines they use are non-invasive & painless. The dentist was quite clear about what treatments he recommended for me without being pushy. Also, his assistant presented me with an outline of exactly how much the treatments would cost, what portion would be covered by insurance, and what portion would be out of pocket. I appreciated the transparency and non-sales approach. There was no pressure to schedule any of the recommended treatments right away.

I will say my first appointment took quite a while, since I was a first-time patient, but I do not foresee that being the norm.

All in all, I highly recommend this place and everyone on the staff. Dr. Hanna was the dentist I saw & Krystal was my hygienist. Both were exceptional.

I was concerned about finding the right dental practice when I moved to Destin from Houston but I can say without a doubt, Comfort Dental set my mind at ease. Excellent care in a professional, high tech, yet personable office. Thank you all for providing such wonderful service with compassionate care and concern.

Krystal is an awesome dental hygienist . Very personal ,, professional ,,and caring . She is simply the best ,, have her clean your teeth and you will be very happy . Also new to the staff is Dr. Hanna . I just met him on Thursday the 20th of February. The friendliest dentist I have ever met. I look forward to my next visit in September just to see these two individuals!!!! Extremely pleased with my recent visit. Dasia was very comforting and took good care of me. She asked me about some concerns I had, gave me a few pointers, and let me know about some options we could discuss further when I am ready. They also did an excellent job of practicing safe COVID precautions. Already have my next appointment. :)

Another great experience. Dr. Silva was so uplifting and made me feel as though he really wanted to take care of me. He quickly repaired my broken retainer and I walked out, problem solved. Such a relief!

My family has been coming here for a couple years and today was additonal disappointment with the receptionist. I addressed her politely about what she said to me on the phone that I felt was some what rude. She didn't apologize which is fine but then she just smile about it. Since I haven't always been impressed about the service either bc every we're there we get a different doctor or hygienist. Given her attitude today I asked her to go ahead and cancel all of our appointments for 5 of us family members so I can go to a different dentist and its sad that she just smile about. How is this an appropriate attitude? This I don't care attitude just top it off for me.

I've been to this practice for wisdom teeth removal, deep cleaning, and cavity fillings. They've been very kind and offered multiple sedation options since I have a lot of anxiety over dental work. Highly recommend for anyone who gets very stressed out over dental procedures.

Excellant service. Got me in immediately to put a crown that had come off back on. Was told cost is $100. So paid that when I arrived. Then in the chair told it is $117.00 additional to put the crown back on. Came as a surprise since I thought the $100 covered the procedure.
I learned a lesson. Ask upfront when you call in what the total cost is. That way no surprises.
Everyone were very thorough, nice and professional and the crown glued back in place.

The Santa Rosa Beach location is amazing. Victoria at the front desk is an absolute dear, problem solving and heart warming. Krystal is the BEST dental hygienist, she has saved me from a life of gingivitis and I will be eternally grateful to her. This place is a DREAM. I strongly recommend it !
