Friendly and knowledgeable staff, easy to work with and helpful with finding a time that fits your schedule. My kids do not mind going to the dentist or to see their orthodontist because they make them feel comfortable and include them on what is going on with their teeth instead of just talking to me about issues or procedures that are going on.

Complete rip off. Promised me they could work me in for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, but they didn't. Tried to charge me 3 times as much as anywhere else I've looked at for a root canal and crown. Had my insurance information wrong and tried to overcharge me. Friendly people but service is awful. Also be prepared to fork out a ton of money the day you see them because they will not work with you if you need any kind of financial help. When it comes down to helping their patients or getting paid, they don't care how much pain you're in or how much money they don't have...they will not offer any kind of relief if you cannot afford their outrageous prices. They also are not quick to help you find other options.
