Comfort Dental Care & Orthodontics - Santa Rosa Beach

Beautiful practice and well equipped with the latest technology. I am not the kind of person to write a review, but I have to say Comfort Dental Care in Santa Rosa Beach have the best professional and efficient staff. Dr. Vasquez is always very friendly and informative. The hygienist named Gina is the sweetest and always super gentle. The assistants and receptionist always so courteous and helpful.
Most important, they are not pushy, they will give you options and refer you to the proper Specialist.

They were very nice and VERY accommodating!!! I called as a first time patient, with a toothache, and they scheduled me for a few hours later. Upon arrival I filled out some paperwork and they took me right back. Nice, clean, friendly, and Dr Angel was so very nice. Dental appointments are never fun but when experiencing a toothache, at the beach!! 😳🙄😱Comfort Dental was my best friend. Thankfully they could help me before my toothache became unbearable. Thank you!!

August 5 was my first visit and it went well. I was pleased with the cleanliness, no wait time, and overall everyone seemed nice.

August 6 my two kiddos had their first visit. We arrived August 6 first thing in the morning and we were all masked and ready to go inside when the hygienist for my daughter comes to the door and explains that only my 10 year old daughter may enter.

I was not happy. I understand that some children do a lot better not having parents with them however most of the time the parent is at least in the waiting room. I was asked to wait outside or in my car. I started to cancel both appts right then but since I had been the day before and felt some okay about it I allowed her to go inside and I stood right at the doors of the entrance until a few minutes later the hygienist for my son came to the door.

I respect all of the guidelines for Covid19 however there should never be a reason a parent shouldn’t at least be allowed to enter the waiting area.

When the hygienist came to the door to get my 5 year old son I was able to go back and thankfully so because I was not planning to return to that office again if this would be the way things were ran.

Once inside with my son the hygienist was very nice and so seemed all other staff.

When both children were finished with their cleanings they both said that the hygienist and dentist were nice and they felt fine while having teeth cleaned. This was a big relief for me. we are new to Florida and not knowing the area or the doctors/dentist and their staff , expecting someone to just hand over their child is crazy even at a doctors or dentist office! Had I not gone in the day before and met some of the staff/dentist I would’ve never allowed my daughter to enter.

For a first time visit ,especially with a child their parents should always be allowed back into the room and then maybe asked to wait in waiting room while treatment /cleaning is being done. That way the parent is allowed to make sure their child is SAFE and has the proper care, clean tools/instruments etc.

I give them 3.5 stars for now but hopefully within the next few visits , I do plan to return for my cleaning. my first visit was for X-rays and exam only. Hopefully I will feel they deserve 5 stars after a few more visits.

I would highly recommend Comfort Dental in Santa Rosa Beach just because of Krystal. She is so thorough and explains so much about cleanliness. I have been a flosser in the past but the way she explains it and how to actually floss the proper way made so much more sense. (Kind of hard to explain.....but she does it so well). She takes her time and makes the visits so personable. Thank you!

All of our family goes to Comfort Dental. Krystal our hygienist is wonderful. She has many years experience and the staff is amazing Would highly recommend for adults and children.

I’ve been looking for a good dentistry home for a while . I feel very welcome and important whenever I visit comfort dental in Santa Rosa beach. Krystal is very nice and helpful 100% couldn’t ask for a better assistant. The dentist are very professional and helpful doesn’t seem like they are trying to sell things you don’t need or want , very open , thanks for the good work guys and gals

I had my bi annual cleaning with Krystal and it was wonderful. It is the most thorough and gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. She also educated me on good home care and the importance of flossing. Thank you!

My 12 year old daughter had to have three baby teeth extracted at once. Everyone was so friendly and really helped her fears. She said it was actually the best experience she has had with a dentist. First time coming and will definitely be back.

This office is great. Courteous/helpful personnel; very clean. Dentist very good; explained what was needed; treatment plan and payment schedule printed for my information showing initial cost, insurance coverage then my final cost. Highly recommend.

Dr. Torres was excellent. He took the time to ask questions about what we were looking for as far as orthodontia went and what our expectations were. He answered all our questions in a thorough concise manner. We look forward to getting braces for our family and continuing treatment in the Santa Rosa Beach Office
