Best cavity fill ever , so nice and very welcoming. Didn’t even feel my gums getting a shot because of how good ms.towanna was at it !!

This was my second cleaning and examination appointment. So far, I feel very comfortable with Elite Smiles. I had a couple of huccups with dentists in the St. Augustine area (we relocated a couple of years ago from Indiana), where I had a great rapport with my dentist for some twenty plus years; hopefully ES will be my dentist here in Florida for many years to come.

This dentist office is the best I have encountered all of my dental experiences. All are professional and thorough. They took care of all my children's needs and mine. Very clean and efficient. So glad I finally found a dentist office that is suitable for the whole family.

I had two implants and two crowns done with Elite Smile about a year ago (2021), it cost me almost 8K a year later now and I’m still having extreme pain, pressure and soreness in those areas which in fact one of my crowns was so bulky and long that it caused trauma in my tooth that I ended up needing a rooth canal (another $1200)I came back numerous times to get it adjusted but it was never right. At the point I felt that I needed a second opinion, after consulting with two other facilities i learned that the crowns and implants were not made proper to match my mouth/bite and I needed to have it all done again if I wanted to be free of that pain, the whole thing was devastating to me because now is going to cost me another 6K But what’s upsetting is the pain and the suffer and so many over the counter pain medication that I had and still having to take until this day. Do self a favor and go to a place that have better lab/. technology so you don’t have to go through what I went through.

Great place, the people are great and their dental plan is priced well and very knowledgeable about newer dental techniques.

Dentist and hygienist were both amazing for my sons very first visit!.

From the first phone call I was impressed with the friendliness and helpful nature of the staff at Elite Smiles. Had an initial consultation. While trying to figure out how to get started and which direction would be the best in terms of less payment out of pocket and best use of insurance , the staff researched my insurance and had a spreadsheet laid out for me. It was so helpful to have the staff 1) call the ins co and get all the info and 2) lay it out by procedure 3) lay it out by cost. I am not looking forward to my dental treatments, but will look forward to the friendly staff and their willing ness to help the patient.

July 2019- Just had my first appointment at the new place. Everything is fresh, new, and it's spacious! Once again, the communication skills this office has is so helpful. They make sure that I understand costs involved prior to any treatment. Makes going to the dentist not so bad.

Professional service and well organized office. Will recommend to all my friends and family.
