Really good experience giving that it is a dental appointment! I was taken in on time after updating my chart. The hygienist was gentle and competent.

Recently moved to the St. Augustine area and a veneer fell off of my tooth. I notified my Medicare insurance carrier and they referred me to Elite Smiles. Dr. Andrew Hope and staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Problem was resolved in one office visit. I plan on retaining them for my yearly dental work (cleanings, exams, etc.). I highly recommend Elite Smiles for anyone looking for dental care.

Took time and paid attention to detail. Was not rushed or made to feel like she needed to get to the next patient. Which is how most things go these days. A wonderful experience.

I have booked an appointment for paediatric dentist, the Paediatric dentist decided to take a day off and no one bothered to inform or change our appointment. When we arrived the nurse said I will do what I can and a general dentist will visit you son, if paediatric dentist is needed we ask you to come back! as if we don’t have anything else in the world to do just visiting their office or if it’s fine with us to pay for 2 dentists! Not even an apologies. It was our first and last time there. I would find somewhere that respect my time.

I went for my semi annual checkup and cleaning. Superb as always. I generally don't like the cleaning experience but I actually look forward to it now. The nicest people in the world work here.

Wonderful staff, extremely good at communicating to everyone involved. Speed and quality at the same time. Love being seen efficiently and being treated like a valued client. Would recommend to anyone!

Christine, dental hygienist, is absolutely amazing and patient with my special needs adult son. My son even came out, after his cleaning, saying she is so nice. My family has been at this location, with Elite Smiles, since this location opened.
