I am very pleased with the entire staff at Elite Smiles. From the front desk staff to the hygienists and dentists, everyone have been very friendly and knowledgable. Dental insurance is not an option for my family through my husband's employer, but Elite Smile's in-house plan has allowed our family of five to visit the dentist twice a year for an affordable monthly rate. Definitely recommend!

I have been with this office for a few years with my six well insured family members spending thousands of dollars on dental care. My issues started this spring when I waited over 30 mins for two of my appointments to begin and had to leave. When I rescheduled I discovered I had 2 missed appointment fees. I requested to speak to the office manager on four separate occasions that were ignored. A few days before my next appointment, I received a message that the office had to cancel and to call to reschedule. The day after I received a phone call that I had MISSED MY APPOINTMENT. I advised them that they cancelled me. I was told it was my fault for not calling back and would receive a 3rd fee. Wow! I considered taking my thousands of dollars in needed dentistry elsewhere. I left a 5th message for the office manager to discuss and you can guess I was ignored again.

Today I received a call about my four daughters and sons appointments and that they were concerned about the dental Insurance being cancelled. We have had the same Delta PPO policy for 20 years. I advised I had yet to talk to the office manager. I was informed my fees were absorbed but that I was suspended unless I pay $105 in no shows. Avoid this office! Anyone that cares about their time this much more than your time and some absurd policy that a cancel is not a cancel unless you confirm, is a great indication that this is all about money and little about care. Do yourself a favor a read the one star reviews as many of these are paid for five stars to boost their ratings. What are they hiding with these fake reviews? You tell me!

The staff is rude and very unprofessional. The office manager Amy Crawford refused to answer my multiple calls to go over the canceled appointment charge. I was told by the office assistant named Reanne that we had 17 different cancelations which there is no physical way we had that many with the time we have used this dentist. The one time we did cancel, my children were sick (DURING COVID) and we explained this to them asking if there would be a cancellation fee. The receptionist assured us there wouldn’t be. All the sudden we get a bill in the mail and multiple phone calls asking for money. When I asked for them to provide the information, Reanne said it was her decision to make the charge stick and there was nothing we could do to change her mind. When I asked to speak to Amy, she said it was her decision; however would tell Amy we wanted to talk to her. Despite me calling on 4 separate occasions over 5 days, Amy never returned my call.

I went there a few weeks later for our cleaning and paid the fee. When I went to leave, I asked for a receipt due to shady business practice I had already experienced. I waited for ten minutes for them to print it before Reanne told me that I needed to go out to the waiting room so she could handle other patients. After she was done then she would give me a receipt. (I believe this was out of spite due to our previous interactions.) I politely informed her that I had to go to work in the next 30 minutes and all I wanted was a receipt not to mention I had already waited in line and it was my turn. She then rudely raised her voice in front of the entire office (and patients) and said I can go out there and wait or she would email it. After experiencing this I left a note for the owner Dr. Freeman to call me. A few hours later Amy calls and I informed her I wanted to speak to Dr. Freeman. Amy said Dr. Freeman doesn’t respond to calls and I had to deal with her. When I tried to explain the whole situation to Amy, she made excuses for Reanne and refused to listen to anything I tried to explain saying that we just waist their time when we would no show. I told Amy we never no showed as this was the first time I heard about this, “no show” and tried to explain the time we canceled. Amy wouldn’t have it, continued to defend Reanne, and said it was Reanne’s decision to make because she is too busy to call people back since they have a really big practice. Amy rudely finished and said I should find another dentist.

Completely unprofessional and does not care about the patients. When you try to inform them of a mistake/ask to refute their accusations, they throw a tantrum and vindictively retaliate against the customer.

Amy says in these reviews she would love to speak to you about your problems but clearly they don’t care. They won’t even let you speak to the owner (probably because of the shady business practice). Stay far away.

If you have children, this is the BEST place to take them! The place is SO kid friendly, tons of toys, and every employee has a huge heart for kids! My son was extremely nervous and everyone took the time to make him feel safe and comfortable. The assistant and dentist took the time to understand my concerns and reassure me. They offer toys to kids after the exam and the assistant even played with my son while I checked out so that I could do so without having to hold him and the diaper bag. I was EXTREMELY impressed in every way!

Dr Sun and staff are amazing with my baby even though she may just be the toughest case they've ever had. she (my 2 year old) is not neuro-typical. she literally screams the whole time she's being seen and everyone handles her with so much love and care. Dr. Sun is a very genuine person and has helped us through this journey, (though its far from over), in more ways than one. I can never put into words just how grateful we truly are.

I had a great experience, as much that can be expected when you have panic attack at the dentist office. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Hoppy made me feel comfortable and confident about the care and treatment that I needed. Karla dental hygienist was very patience with me and did a great job on cleaning my teeth.
