Loved this place at first but as time went one they just push things on the patients. They said they will call you back and don't but are very quick to charge your card even when they are told by insurance the claim will be paid. The dentist reffered my son to the Orthodontist only to be told he is years out from braces because all his teeth have not come in yet. Shouldn't the dentist know this before referring my son but then again another way to bill the insurance for $$$. I was hoping this place was going to work out but my family and I decided it would be best to go down the road where we are appreciated. ☹️

I had an old filling come out, near the gum, looked awful. Elite Smiles gave me an emergency appointment. Dr. Hoppe installled a new filling that was actually beautiful. I was amazed. The tooth (canine) never looked so good. Wonderful, gracious staff. Reasonable price.

My cleaning was quick, hassle-free and professional. Friendly staff and a setting that is relaxed. Good job Elite!

I am a new patient at Elite Smiles. I was very pleased with my interactions with the Dr and my hygienist. Everyone was so professional and friendly. I would recommend this office to anyone. In fact I have already done so with 3 people.

Very nice office staff an all are very nice listen to you , my son is 8 an has had bad experiences with dental places he was able to leave after two teeth pulled and had no complaints or wasn’t in pain, I really like and recommend this office definitely worth it thank you guys so much !!

The place is clean and the dentists and workers are friendly and knowledgeable. I live 3 states away, but if you have a big dental project that has to be done, it may be worth the trip.

Elite Smiles Dentistry is a wonderful dental office. It is privately owned and not a chain. The staff is friendly and professional. The beautiful dragon details feel more like an upscale home than a dental office. All rooms are private for cleanings and dental care.

Dr. Freeman is wonderful. He is personable and informative. He educates patients on all their options while providing all the information they need to make a decision.

The dental hygienists are excellent. They do a wonderful job of explaining everything they are doing. A large television is hung above each chair for entertainment during cleanings and procedures.

The scheduling and registration process was very easy. The online forms are also easy to complete before a first visit. Checkin was extra efficient as was checkout.

Extremely dissatisfied That I was not told that the fluoride was an additional $25.00. On top of the $59.00 that was suppose to be the charge for the 1st visit. Very deceptive practices. Service was very good.
