Staff was super friendly. I like how I could do most of my paperwork online. Went in for appointment didn't have to do any paperwork. Jana did all my xrays and cleaning. She did an awsome job. Would definitely recommend her.

Very disappointed with my experience here. I went in to have my annual cleaning and exam. The doctor saw a problem with a tooth that they couldn’t explain, they proceeded to tell me at a follow up consultation that an extraction and implant was my only option. They never asked me to see an Endodontist to get a second opinion and see if the tooth was salvageable. I had a terrible gut feeling the day of my extraction and decided to have the doctor look at my X-rays one more time before he proceeded with the extraction and make sure it was the only option. He takes one look at it and tells me that I should go see a Endodontist since the tooth isn’t bothering me and I shouldn’t rush to have a tooth pulled since I’m still young. I found out that they don’t perform root canals in house so it explains why they were quick to offer me options that are A. more expensive and B. not in my best interest.

Had I not asked them to take one more look at my X-ray, they would have extracted the tooth. I will not be returning.

Jo does a great job keeping my teeth clean. Dentists are all kind and thorough. Office has everything you need for your teeth. Admin staff is nice. Thanks team.

I left an honest review before, when my numerous issues with Elite Smiles occurred, but I no longer see it for the business listing on Google. With the influx of people moving to this area and asking about dental offices, I felt the need to make sure my experience is out there. I had a similar story as other people - I was bait-and-switched for a provider at Elite Smiles, and even asking to make sure they were covered on my insurance, they were not. This started a six month battle with the office's extremely incompetent insurance coordinator, with Elite Smiles pressuring me to pay the full amount for my services because of their own screw-up. When I had my implant performed here, I had to come back for two visits because the implant was not sized correctly the first time and had to be reordered. I initially was not upset about that. But given that they pressured me to pay in cash instead of using my insurance benefits, and experiencing what I did with the practice after that point, I must make that known too. Overall, it is my opinion that this practice is in the business to push as many services [and as many out-of-pocket as they can] on you. Unfortunately, I believe care is the distant second priority, with accountability and honesty falling down the line much further than that.

TL;DR: Steer clear. There are more honest dental practices in the area.

Amazing staff at elite smiles. Always friendly and helpful. My hygienist, Jana, is thorough without being rough or causing any pain, as I’ve had happen in the past. I’ve also had amazing results in the surgical side with an implant.

Beautiful office, wonderful and helpful staff ... and I have been going to the best Dental Hygienist - Jo -- for years. I am recently retired and signed up for their insurance plan. And it is less than a mile from me. :-)

Great experience at Elite Smiles! Took both myself and my wife right on time! My teeth cleaning and X-rays were done quickly and efficiently. Staff was great!!!

The best dentist office I have ever been too, the girls are always uplifting and friendly, the Dr.’s are very professional and positive it makes it a very relaxing experience. Dr. McEuen is the best in orthodontics, he makes you feel comfortable, I never regret having a dental appointment.

Very personalized dental care -- they actually remember you and important events in your life! The technicians happily hand scale if requested, which is crucial to comfort when sensitivity is a serious issue. So happy we found this place!

Staffs are kind and nice . But they recommended unnecessary treatments for my 6 years old boy. I took him to pediatric dentist for second opinions and most of Elite Smile’s recommended procedures were not necessary for my son , what a disappointment.
