I went to get my tooth pull and it was the Worth experience ever. He was very rude, wanted to do what he wanted to do,not what I ask for. He pulled my tooth about three weeks ago and it’s still giving me problems. I will not be going back there again. I DO NOT recommend The white dentist at this office, he ie the WORST!!!

This is particular Aspen Dental was top notch. The initial visit to get x-rays, discuss issues and payment options was NOTHING like the forced treatments and money issues mentioned in the bad reviews. They were SO VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. My Dr.'s were Dr. Jindu and Dr. Barron, both highly intelligent AND friendly. Friendly is important to me. Also, they explained everything as we went along. Same for the rest of the staff, ESPECIALLY Heather, the hygienist. Other staff were: Donna, Shambreka, Miesha, Brittney, Carrie and Samantha. Mostly went well. I trust them and will allow them to complete my work, which will take years, due to my lack of ability to pay them. Did they push? No. I'll get ALL the needed work done, as money allows. I highly recommend Aspen Dental, in Albany, GA. All preliminary xrays and office visit fees were free, as I had no insurance. That was A HUGE help.

We only had one other dental facility who accepted our insurance until Aspen dental opened up in Albany a few months ago. I had a dental emergency and our dentist office was closed on Fridays. I called our insurance and low and behold, Aspen dental was on our provider list. I went in early for a walk in. Although I know there's no guarantee for walkins, they were very professional and polite, and I was seen that same day. The front staff, hygienist, and dentist, were all very professional and polite. They answered my questions and asked if I had any questions regarding my emergency dental. My experience with them went so well that I will be switching my service over to this dental facility from now on .
