It's a state of the art facility and all of the people were nice except there dental hygienist. She was rude and had an attitude problem. This was a new dentist for our family of 4 since we're from out of state. Needless to say they just lost 4 patients and will NOT be receiving any benefits from our insurance carrier. I'd rather deal with a small town country office than deal with a nasty attitude!

My first time visit went very well. The staff memembers were dynamic! In the past I have had a slight phobia of dental visits, but Aspen Dental staff made me eager and excited for my next visit! They were super! I dont have the best oral health, however I'm so grateful for the care and next steps provided to ensure that I will get better. Well I recently went to Aspen as a new patient this year and had experienced really great service. I met Dr. Chukwujindu Nwaigbo and he told my all the details of my teeth and what needed to be done. After doing so they completed a dental cleaning for my teeth. Because of my insurance I was not cable to get my procedures done as soon as possible. Once back I got all my procedures done my Dr. Nwaigbo. After awhile I began to have problems with my tooth and went back to him. He told me there was no issue and made it seem as if I was just making up things. So I decided to seek help else where and was informed that I had a crack on my tooth and needed a crown on another tooth that he filled. So I will not be returning back to this facility due to this but I wish them the best. But if you believe something is wrong regarding your oral heath do not just consult with just one dentist seek help if you can else where to get a second opinion.

I went in to the Albany location 03/30/2021 with pain and sensitivity they did a oral exam and ex-ray never told me why my mouth was hurting then came up with a treatment plan from my wisdom tooth needing to be pull to other things. The same pain I went in there for I left with. The only thing that was going to be fix was my wallet.

The staff was very nice and professional. The let you know every thing that needs to be done in a package and give you the price of every thing that needs to be done. They give you a choice on payment, but they have high prices. It's best to have dental insurance. I plan on going back.

I came in hopeless and depressed about my smile. I didn’t know how my situation could be fixed or paid for. But.... before I left their office my feelings and attitude had totally changed. Thanks to the amazing doctors and staff I am now on my way to a affordable new smile something I never had before until now.
