I had an awful experience. I went in to have my third tooth from the back on my upper left jaw removed and they removed the tooth next to it and when i called back to tell them that this had happened they told me that i could come back and get the right tooth removed for almost $300.

My experience went fairly well, but when I first arrived, the receptionist acted if they were not going to see me because I wasn't there 15 minutes early as a new patient, but when I called to verify the appointment ,no one told me that I needed to arrive 15 minutes early and I considered this to be very unprofessional conduct, Thanks, Mr. Tommy C. I WENT TOO HAVE MY ANNUAL CLEANING TODAY. IVE BEEN ON OTHER OCCASIONS,BUT TODAY WAS QUITE DIFFERENT.WASNT REALLY FEELING IT,BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT.A YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF (RENEE)TOOK CARE OF ME.FROM NEW SCANS, CLEANING.THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT I ACTUALLY HAD A VERY DELIGHTFUL CONV.IT WAS QUITE NICE WE LAUGHED,TALKED BOUT FOOD,SCHOOL ETC.I CAN TELL THAT THIS YOUNG LADY RENEE,HAS MORE TOO GIVE,WHEN IT COMES TO THE PUBLIC. YOUR HUMBLENESS CARRIED WEIGHT FOR ME . THANK U FOR YOUR KINDNESS.I WAS QUITE PLEASED.IVE TALKED WITH OTHERS THERE,BUT THIS YOUNG LADY WAS JUS AWESOME.
