My auntie came in to the Albany, Ga location to get dentures! Her experience was awesome and smooth. Everything was explained clearly on the steps and processed of getting her dentures. She has had them for almost 2 months and she is finally able to eat more and smile more! The doctors at this location try there best to satisfy each patient and give them the best service possible. I went in with a split tooth. They have payment plan and their rates are considerably lower than the dentist I had been seeing. I was seen by Dr. Barron and he had remove three teeth. He was quick and gentle as he could possibly have been for such a procedure. Every one was very nice. It was a very different dental experience in a good way. They probably deserve 5 stars, but, I have this thing about dentist that I can’t quite get over.

Plez Stop
I was going to the Albany office. I had plans to get a lot of dental work that included crowns and veneers. The dentist didn’t agree with the color I chose. The dental plan cost almost $10,000 but because I refused to get the color the dentist recommended, he would not see me and I had to go to Valdosta, 2.5 hours away. Ridiculous!

While all but one person I interacted with was very nice, the over all experience was not. I went to Aspen Dental to have a very painful tooth pulled. What I got instead was a lot of unnecessary diagnostics done, including 3D tooth mapping and an estimate of 10k worth of work to be done. The tooth that needs to come out was originally fixed with a filling over 40 years ago, I think its safe to say it should come out. After getting over my initial shock and taking a closer look at the print out I seen that they were charging me $135 for a toothbrush, several hundred for a tooth whitening kit and a referral to a specialist to deal with the tooth I originally went in to have pulled. I went in on Friday and since they would not pull the tooth I now have to deal with this horrid pain till next week.

Made an appt on a Friday for the following Tuesday. Walked in 30 minutes before my appt. Rude front desk lady calls me up and I tell her I’m a new patient and made an appt last Friday. She said your appt isn’t til July 5! Ummm what? I said well your sign says emergencies and walk ins welcome can I be seen as walk in please. She says no ma’am and basically dismisses me. I knew I should have taken personal recommendations from others to not come here. But with a dental emergency I needed to be seen as soon as possible. Your front desk woman, as the face of the business when you walk in, needs some training on how to treat people especially when it’s not like anyone loves going to the dentist.

Great dentist, however some of the staff clearly isn’t in there desired field bc this one older lady is always rude; reads patients personal procedures out loud so ppl even sitting in the waiting area can hear her.
Would of definitely been my family dentist but I rather spend my money where I feel welcomed and respected. And after 3 years of service that’s something I haven’t seen change... very poor customer service coming from the older lady that’s been at this location for a while now. She needs to retire soon.
