Yesterday was my first time visiting Aspen Dental (Albany, GA). I wanted a routine cleaning and, and a lovely receptionist welcomed me and introduced me to the new patient protocol. After X-rays and oral exam, Heather explained a recommended treatment plan as Dr. Jingo confirmee. I was able to be seen the very next day for a cleaning and oral cancer exam. I left smiling with some extra goodies to keep my teeth in top health. Thanks Heather for rocking the Aspen blue and also to the lovely business staff that made everything convient and easy! (Sorry I didn't remember more names) --Thanks for your service!

If you have extra money that you don't know what to do with - go here. Otherwise, look elsewhere. This place is a money scam. I felt like I was doing business with a used car dealership. I suspect everyone supposedly needs a "deep cleaning." Oh yeah, it's cheaper if you buy a toothbrush from them. I also suspect that their five-star reviews are paid for, fooling people like me into going there.

This was the most amazing experience I’ve had at a dentist office. Usually I’m not too happy when I visit an office but, they made sure that I was knowledgeable about my problem areas and what I could add to my oral hygiene regimen. I am so grateful that I came here for my visit and can’t wait to receive the smile I’ve been dreaming of!

My 6 year old son chipped his tooth on a Saturday afternoon. After searching for a pediatric dentist that will accept a walk in on Monday morning, I decided to call Aspen. They were able to get him in at 9:00 a.m. (I called at 7:30 a.m.) Most offices here in Albany will not allow the parents to come to the back with their kids. I was able to sit with my son during his cosmetic procedure. The staff was kind and understanding. We did not have Dental insurance at the time and had to pay out of pocket. We all know that most places like to schedule multiple appointments, since they get paid for each visit. They took care of the issue on the first appointment.

The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional. However, when my husband got in to see the dentist, he told him what he wanted and needed done. The dentist then told him that was not what he ... he being the dentist ...wanted to do. He totally ignored anything my husband said. He then gave my husband a long list of items that would be done. We will not be going there for any dental work, and will definitely not be referring anyone to them.

Do not go to Aspen Dental. They make their money off of high-priced, unnecessary procedures.
I spent three hours for a new patient appointment, and all they did is tell me what I already knew about my dental health and try to buffalo me into thousands of dollars in work that I did not want or need. Furthurmore, I couldn't even make an appointment for what I did want without putting down 60% up front.
Several older ladies in the waiting room were talking about how they were getting crowns and bridges replaced even though they seemed to be just fine. They are clearly taking advantage of these women.
Again, do not get suckered in by this company.
