Horrible service, unaware of how to properly calculate exposure to radiation from previous appointments and orthodontist. Considering this is increases the odds of childhood cancer stay away. Un willing to clean teeth without an xray because its all an insurance scam. Thats why they try to sneak in painting fluoride on your teeth without telling you as well. Peer reviewed studys from well established medical journals have illustrated IQ is lowered from consuming fluoride. Unfortunately the doctors at this office are more likely to be the subjects of an investigation then to ever read a peer reviewed publication. Front desk staff are rude and rank amatuers at the business of customer service. The reason this place can stay in business is because it's the only place many people can afford. Thats it. Its not because they are good it's because they are one step above paying someone in a dark alley to pull your tooth.

I was a walk in with a dental emergency. The staff and the Dentist was very caring and compassionate. I showed up around 4 PM. Even that late in the day, I was seen, tooth extracted, and back on my way home by 6:30 PM. I would highly recommend this practice. The particular dentist that saw me had a great personality and was very knowledgeable. He also explained everything in terms and in a way that I would understand.

I am totally pleased with Aspen Dental and Dr Banner. Had to go in for emergency visit before my regular appointment because of issues with 2 broken teeth. Thought they’d do like others and just give antibiotics and send me home to wait. Dr Banner assessed issues and gave me my options. Had 2 teeth pulled and stitched up same day. Given meds for issue to take at home. It’s day 3 and still no dry socket as I had always experienced before.
They office is beautiful and clean. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I even told the doc he remind d me of my childhood dentist whom I miss and adored. He is just super nice and made me feel at ease like he always did. He isn’t a over dominating with grouch mannerisms like some. He truly loves his job and has compassion for his patients and it’s appreciated. I look forward in actually returning for my planned appointment and procedures. Thank you Aspen Dental and Dr Banner. Very awesome experience...got ys done really quick dental hygienist even went to lunch late to get us done....I recommend aspen dental for anything it was pretty awesome experience... Everyone was really nice and professional

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical office. Simply scheduled a basic cleaning. They called the morning of my 11:30am appointment and said that I may come in early. I arrived a 10:30 and after having X-rays taken I was then put in a room and my gums were inspected by a hygienist. I was then told that I have early stages of periodontal disease and that I may need a deep cleaning to prevent future damage to my teeth. Then the dentist comes in quickly inspects my teeth , bottom line he said I needed a root canal and two caps. He said he would have someone from the front office talk to me. They put me in another waiting room and a 1pm someone from the front office came and got me. She went over the cost associated with the procedures , which added up to around $5,000. She essentially assumed consent that I was going to have done everything they recommended. I listened patiently and at the end said “thank you” I really would just like the basic cleaning that my insurance covers. She informed me that they could not do that. That I had to have the over $1,000 dollar deep cleaning and that insurance would cover 80% so my part that day would only be $231.00 . I said again “thank you” but I really only want the basic cleaning. She said that they could not do that. I then said this appointment is over and got up and left. I was very frustrated that they essentially had wasted three hours of my day and I still was not going to get a cleaning. They other part of the equation was listening to the same exact Language being used on many other older patients going through the process at the same time. I certainly felt like they had a predetermined script for everyone walking in the door with ultimately assumed consent to maximize services provided. Bottom line, be very cautious if you make an appointment for a basic cleaning or if you have a family member going in for an appointment. Pay attention to what you sign and also keep in mind that you are ultimately responsible for decisions concerning your healthcare and don’t be pushed into spending additional dollars on things that you may not choose to have done at that moment.

Fast service!! The setup is not too professional as I expected but we were seen very quickly. The staff was not too friendly as well and on top of that I have to take my daughter to an entirely separate dentist office to complete the services she needs. I also scheduled a cleaning for myself, but they can't see me until December!

I made an appointment with Aspen Dental to get a second opinion as the first dentist I saw would only talk to me about implants, which I needed upper and lower set. The price was exorbitant and I did not have dental insurance and certainly could not afford implants. I was so discouraged as this dentist said I would never be happy with anything other than implants. I talked to my son about the situation and he suggested I get a second opinion. He had gone to Aspen and was real pleased with them. So I got an appointment and they were very encouraging about helping me get the best pair of dentures and would be with me all the way to make sure I would be comfortable with them. The price was where I could swing it. So I returned today and was fitted with my temporary dentures after extractions were done and Donna was very patient with me and made sure my dentures were fitted properly and assured me that at any time I needed an adjustment, just to call. They were there to help me anyway they could. I would recommend Aspen to anyone. I have been very pleased with my experience with Aspen.

100% Satisfied!!!!! Great atmosphere and an amazing staff that go above and beyond to care for patients. I called the office because I was hurting from a terrible toothache and Carrie was able to get me in right away. Dr. Jindu and assisting DA had the best bed side service and my visit there was very pleasant. Thanks Aspen Dental Albany Georgia; my extended family!!!

My first time visiting was a great one. The Hygienist was explaining each procedure and she made sure I understood everything. From the time I entered the door until I left each person was very professional and nice. And they make sure the price is understandable to you and also you have several choices to chose to pay. I will be sharing this experience with all my friends and family so they can come and experience the excellence service that I receive and I’m looking forward to receiving more excellent and profess service.
