Awesome! Doctor.Xu is very experienced and removed my two wisdom teeth that caused a lot of pain under 30 minutes. Really appreciate him for performing this operation in this special time. If you are a student on campus don't forget to bring your United Insurance ID if you need teeth extraction. United only provides that particular dental coverage but it's 70% than 50% coverage you can get from commercial dental insurance. I will definitely go to Illini smile dental again!

Very happy with the care and service. Parking is easy, lobby is clean, staff friendly. Covid procedures are in place. The dental hygienist and Dr Faught are pleasant, put you at ease, quick, no nonsense and don't push products or services.

only went in there for a quick filling and the process could not have been better. instantly was given necessary forms. within 5 minutes of waiting after turning them in, I went in for my filling. the hygienist was personable and genuine. Dr. Yudong Xu, the dentist, was also a great pleasure to be around and very professional. Was in and out within less than an hour. Highly recommend!

My wife has a new assistant today but she may not good care for her. She was withdrawn one tooth and may need medication for pain relief and antibiotics but she said no without consult with doctor. Furthermore she said she can share my medications that is really shock from a medical person. The worst is she request my wife bite on the cotton to prevent bleeding and change a new one after 20 minutes and change twice. Then she let my wife handle by herself. Because of wrong doing on the cotton, it bleeding over her mask and cannot stop bleeding. Fortunately one nurse saw my wife situation and volunteered to help her to change the cotton. She is so nice and we stayed for a while to present our thanks to her. The next day my wife really feel pain and uncomfortable but she has to use my medication.

With Covid going on I felt they took the right precautions before treatment. Very kind and professional. Also they pulled my tooth and it was quick and painless. I give 5 stars for overall visit. I recommend them if you want grade A service.
