Always, always, ALWAYS have a positive experience at Illini Smiles! Dr Xu is wonderful and does an excellent job! He is a dedicated professional as are all of the staff! I can’t recommend Illini Smiles enough!

This was my first time at Illini Smiles and it was a positive experience. I appreciated the COVID-19 precautions: phone screening the day prior, patient mask enforcement (while not in the chair), plexiglass and patient temperature checks at the front desks, hand sanitizer, and masks (and in some cases, shields as well) on all staff. My hygienist was kind and very skilled and thorough. Dr. Faught was good humored, eased my dental concerns, and provided helpful explanation. Will definitely be back.

Dr. Xu is very experienced and knowledgeable. Fixed many problems for me. The hygienists are very good as well. Overall, very satisfied with Illini Smiles Dental.

Dr. Xu goes above and beyond for his patients! He’s such a kind person in general, and always makes you feel comfortable. I dread having work done on my teeth, and he always goes above and beyond! The staff is also extremely friendly!!

I like the dentist there: he's very professional and nice. However, I'm extremely unsatisfied with the customers serivce at the front desk. She's rude and impatient. Everytime I have to call, it's such a pain to explain what I need. Everytime I finish my call, I can't help but feel raged. I never have this feeling with other customer services before. I was waiting for quotes from my insurance: it never arrived. I called the office but it never worked.
