I love Dr. Xu, he is personable and is on board with waiting and watching potential problem areas rather than jumping to drilling and filling. I personally love this approach, and I also love that he isn't judgemental about other dentists not necessarily doing the same; just an overall good, professional person that I trust to take care of my dental health. I also really like the staff, they are kind and gentle people. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely great experience! Everyone there is nice and willing to help. Doctor and hygienist created a long term step by step plan for my treatment and explained everything very clearly. Place is nice and clean. I am definitely happy to keep working with them. Recommend to anyone!

Great atmosphere and always friendly staff! I love the doctors and they take time to answer any concerns, questions or insurance issues. I’m very particular about my teeth, especially the look of my front and any work done needs to be no less than excellent and that’s what they give me!

I had my first cleaning at Illini Smiles Dental care yesterday and I have high anxiety with dental appointments but it was super pleasant. The hygienist Brittani was very kind and explained everything she was doing step by step. She was very gentle. I had no pain and am a huge coffee drinker so I was given some tips how to prevent coffee stains. I left with my teeth feeling very clean. I will return to Brittani for my future cleanings. When the dentist came in who was Dr. Xu , he was so kind and gentle. He explained what was the best plan for my concerns with a tooth. I completely trusted his opinion and will be following up for all my future care. The entire front office greeted me and they were so friendly. I give 5 stars and highly recommend! Thank you for your awesome care you all gave me.

Dr. Xu is incredibly kind, and a calming, reassuring presence. I can become quite anxious during dental procedures, but he and the hygienists work with precision and efficiency, always lending words of encouragement and updates as to how the work is progressing. The administrative staff is equally professional and friendly, and they work to offer affordable care.
